Pegasus Horse Park is set on 33 acres. The rural views from this elevated position on the side of Mount Barmoya are exceptional. Guests love the sunset views from the deck. We encourage guests to walk down the lane, feed the horses, and generally relax and take it all in. The Capricorn Coast is on your doorstep, offering great beaches, fine dining, pubs and clubs, the best swimming lagoon in Queensland, and much more.
Guests stay in what we call the Shouse, a fully lined, self-contained unit. It has its own front and back patios, a large yard for parking, and lovely gardens that attract beautiful birds. The house features an induction cooktop on an island bench, a full-size fridge, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, an induction microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, a very comfortable queen bed, and an outdoor spa (currently out of order due to a heater failure).
Guests can walk the lane and enjoy sitting around the fire pit, the sunset bar, and the spa (please note the spa is currently out of order due to a heater failure).
Guests with pets are most welcome. A dog pen is available for use as needed. We ask that guests with inside pets clean up daily and vacuum prior to departure.

Guests can use the outdoor toilet/shower facilities. Fire is allowed only within existing firepits NOT during the fire season when bans in place (usually summer). Please bring ample drinking /washing up water. Existing on-site facilities are available to campers (excludes water). Please take all rubbish with you upon departure.
The property is pet friendly however pets must always be on a leash and are not to be left alone as we do share the property with local wildlife.

We enjoyed our stay at this camp site. A little rough around the edges however, clean anmenities, and under new management/owners this could be a special little spot. Short walk or drive to lovely beaches, most are dog friendly and great fishing on your door step!
