Weekend Trip to Bushland Waters

Bev and Ian were perfect hosts. They have thought of absolutely everything - right down to the hamper of luxuries and great quality bath products. Everything is provided - just bring food and drinks. For those who want to camp with luxury this is fantastic. Baths under the stars are a highlight and the tent is superb. Ian's lanscaping and waterfalls are fantastic and Bev's touches are apparent throughout. Well worth the money for the solitude. five stars.

Weekend Trip to Bushland Waters

Booked a one night stay here for my girlfriend and I’s 1 year anniversary. I got to say it was absolutely perfect. The owner Bev was incredibly kind, I had contacted her prior to the stay to set up an anniversary surprise and she nailed it. Had the most beautiful flowers on the bed along with rose petals set up in a heart, chocolates, face masks, candles for the baths, and that’s not even half of it. Not to mention the campsite was beautiful had plenty privacy, would 1000% recommend to stay here and we will definitely be returning again.

1 night at Bushland Waters

Me and my partner stayed here and we have to say it was the most beautiful & tranquil stay we have had so far in Australia. Bev & Ian were so lovely, helpful and attentive. The photos really do not do it justice. From the little welcome hamper, to the outside bathtubs looking at the stary sky it was absolutely incredible. Bev & Ian provided everything you could need to make this truly the most beautiful little stay. We would definitely recommend booking & will hopefully return!!

This is such a lovely and thoughtful hip camp. Our hosts were lovely and welcoming. The came is private, and serene with outdoor bath tubs and shaded spots. We've stayed at many different "glamping" accomodations and this certainly can hang with the best of them. It's close to Brisbane, good value and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Well, where do I start! The effort that was put into creating this absolute, little slice of paradise became evident on arrival. The pictures are amazing and they don't do it justice! Hats of to the both of you for time you have taken and the vision required to establish such a space. We enjoyed a lovely stay at dragonfly cottage. It has everything you could possibly need and the kitchen is very well appointed. The bathroom and outdoor toilet is very luxurious and we felt like it was a hotel standard of bathroom. It was a very hot weekend but luckily there was a fan in the cottage that ran off 12 V power so we managed to stay cool at night. Perfect for a couple, I think it might be a stretch with more than two adults. Glen was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely consider coming back.

Beautiful location to rest and recuperate. Lou goes out of her way to communicate prior to your arrival to confirm your needs such as additional food packages or dietary requirements. She and Greg were there to greet us on arrival and show us around. The amenities are clean and have all the creature comforts for a relaxing stay from slippers and bathrobes to bath salts, and a selection of hot beverages with choccie bikkies. Pro's - Lovely hosts who have made an effort to create a relaxing private space. All cooking needs were provided for so you only need to bring your own clothes. Comfortable bed. Beautiful views out to Glasshouse mountains. Shaded areas provided to relax. Hubby is already planning on buying a hammock it was so comfortable! Con's - Relatively close to neighbours (albeit that the site is designed so that you can't see them and vice versa). Some road noise from trucks at times but lots of bird life to focus on instead. Not much to do unless you hop in the car and drive somewhere however Lou has made an effort to include some games and also directions to waterholes. If you just want to relax and read a book like us - perfect. Overall a very enjoyable stay and lovely thoughtful hosts.

The cottage was lovely and a perfect break from technology. The river was walking distance for a swim which was nice. There was a couple of things such as the outdoor lighting (didnt work) and the pond (very smelly if the wind was blowing the wrong way) needed some TLC. But overall a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, a first time experience for us staying off grid. Glen and Dominique have really put thought into Dragonfly Cottage. We loved the bathroom, kitchen and outdoor area ( the car stereo with playlist was a nice touch ) The perfect place to escape and be with nature and we had plenty to keep us entertained during out stay. Our jaws hit the floor as we came around the corner but once we got out of our car we realised how much thought has gone into it all.. the layout of the amazing bell tent was like something out of a magazine.. just stunning and the bed was so lush and super comfy.. stark difference from our usual camp trips sleeping on blow up mattresses! The kitchen/bathroom block was just gorgeous and very clean and we really appreciated all those little extras tucked away neatly in the cabinets.. also felt very fancy with our robes and slippers especially after having a bath with the bath salts you left us. Every little space you created on that perfect patch of grass was just magic. To top it all off the most incredible view of the valley and glass house mountains, just lovely waking up to that and ending the night around the fire staring at it. Absolutely lovely hosts who will look after you. Nine mountain clamping is a small slice of your own private heaven. A view of the glass house mountains , a gorgeous bell tent that is sooooo comfy and warm. It's amazing for a honeymoon or a trip away with the other half. If we ever need a trip away again I know where our first choice will be

Weekend Trip to Nine Mountains Glamping

No hotel, hostel, airbnb, campground or anywhere we've ever stayed has come close to the level of care and thoughtfulness that Nine Mountains Glamping has been created with. From little nooks in the table next to the hot tubs for your wine glass, to extra hooks on the bathroom door for robes, to citronella candles for any bugs (which weren't an issue at all), a choice of matches or lighters for the fire, the butter being pre-cut up into usable knobs, turf outside the tent entrance so you can put your shoes on comfortably, the world's most comfortable hammocks with pillows included...the combination of Greg's beautiful woodwork and clever craftsmanship with Lou's eye for every detail of comfort and practicality you could ask for and the beautiful pocket of the world they have here is an absolute recipe for a joyful weekend. The guest book is full of all sorts of people saying "this was just what we needed" - in this crazy world with the bustling lives we all live Lou has generously poured her heart into creating a wonderfully peaceful sanctuary.

2 nights at Nine Mountains Glamping

We recently stayed at Nine Mountains Glamping to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by serenity—it truly is nature at its most peaceful and soul-nourishing. The setting is absolutely breathtaking. Tucked away in the heart of the Glasshouse Mountains, this glamping retreat offered us the perfect blend of luxury and stillness. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the outdoor bath under the stars, has been so thoughtfully designed—it’s clear that a lot of heart has gone into creating this space. A special thank you to our incredible hosts, Lou and Grey. They were so welcoming and warm, and they’ve genuinely thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and unforgettable. From the little touches to the big comforts, nothing was missed. Sipping coffee with a mountain view, unwinding in the outdoor bath, and simply breathing in the beauty around us—it was the perfect way to celebrate someone I love so deeply. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and so grateful for the experience. Nine Mountains is a true sanctuary. We can’t wait to return.
