Hidden Valley is on 26 acres with frontage to Grady's Creek (the creek is our front boundary) and our back boundary is a goods train line, the train occasionally gives a toot to campers. We offer general camping, an area for tents and swags and we welcome custom group bookings. We have two amenities blocks (six toilets and six hot showers). Firewood and ice available for purchase. Hidden Valley is a dog friendly camping ground. However, it is the responsibility of the owner/s to keep their dog/s controlled at all times and on leashes, for all campers to enjoy their stay. There is no Local Council rubbish removal services available, so please take all your rubbish with you on departure. Facilities for recycling of cans and scraps is available. For campers we are focusing on around 30 acres and spots close to Sawpit Creek would be ideal to set up camp. Bring your tent, swag or caravan and park up next to our beautiful Sawpit creek. Perfect for a swim! Currently there's a picnic table and some seating areas. We will be building a compost toilet and large BBQ area soon! Drinking water is available, and at the moment we are welcoming only self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower. Your pet is welcome to camp with you. Our property backs onto Border Ranges National Park! And you can see Mt Lindesay from our property, so bring your camera! It's 15 min to Wiangaree and 35 min to Kyogle. The camping area is 2WD accessible but you will have to cross some creeks. You should be ok in the 2WD as the creek crossing has a small incline and decline. We welcome caravans, campervans and camper-trailers/ tents. You may see us pass by the camping area from time to time. We are a friendly as 😊 and invite you to have a coffee or beer with us. There's no internet by the creek but you're more than welcome to connect to the wifi at our shack up the hill. No campfires please.

Weekend Trip to Crystal Creek Rainforest Treehouse

The red cabin was really a hidden gem. The room was very tidy, although the kitchen and bath were outside, they were still well maintained. The location was easy to find, we were able to enjoy our privacy and still get a stunning view. I especially enjoyed the creek near the site, there were no midges, and the water was clear and peaceful. Will visit again, highly recommended.

GingerNut Farm is more than incredibly beautiful. I would recommend it to any adults. I was so very fortunate to camp in "the glorious glade" directly in front of the huge Monet-like lily pond that is surrounded by the most divine ghost gums. In the morning the sun came up over the pond and spilled into the tent. Sitting naked having coffee in the midst of this was glorious. The fact that the venue is clothes optional heightens the relaxation and wonderful sense of self. It was so freeing. The waterhole in the creek is divine. And there is a wonderful sense of natural and self expressive artistry about the place. GingerNut farm is filled with an "older kind of magic". I had so many wonderful experiences. Everyone is incredibly friendly. As the host, Craig outdoes himself in terms of his attentiveness, organisation and welcome. He is so very welcoming and utterly charming. I had the most divine stay and I'll definitely be going back. It's fantastic to be in such a sex positive, body affirming place. It's honest and affirming LGBTQI energy really makes the stay that more glorious. But at its core, it is the stunning beauty of the land, the trillion star nights and the profound energy of safety, inclusively and wonder that makes GingerNut Farm so special. I didn't want to leave. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Having the creek flowing nicely was a treat, absolute bonus that there was several spots of water in the shade at all times of the day. This is such a spectacular Hip Camp. Craig is definitely the hostess with the mostess! He is the most relaxed, friendliest, and helpful host. You are surrounded by lush green paddocks, with a running/flowing creek to cool off in. There are so many nature surprises that include walking and exploring the property by day and then with Craig As your guide through the forest by night. As the Hip Camp says everything is optional. It is a peaceful and calming place to stay if you want to unwind and escape your regular life. We will be visiting again on our way back from our travels.

Nice campsite. - It’s split into two halves, so have a look around and see what the spaces are like and what suits you. Back side might need 4wd to get in/out in wet conditions. - We bought firewood, it was good, and lots of fire rings about. - The creek is nice, very clean - different accesses depending on your camp spot. - The train goes past but was not very loud in my opinion.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hidden Valley Camping and would stay there again. Note there are no tea Gardens or ice available and the firewood is not great. Best bits: * wildlife - fireflies!, bandicoots, lots of birds and domestic Guinea fowl and chooks * the creek with swimming holes * friendly people * really quiet Could improve: * bathrooms - no soap, toilet paper hit and miss, needs a clean! * a bit weedy, but I notice this a lot.
