You will need to bring your own sheets, pillows, sleeping bag etc for added comfort. Sleeping close to the fire upstairs is recommended in the cooler months. Camping is optional with nice flat spots near the dam under sheoaks. Our campsites are equally as beautiful. Chill out in the shade by the dam during the day. Firewood is provided and you're welcome to use the camp ovens and the rotating grill, but if you get stuck cooking on the open fire there is a microwave, electric hot plate and kettle. These are situated downstairs in the barn a short walk from site. A great swim in the 50m dam. There is access to toilets, showers, drinking water and rubbish facilities. A historic little rustic outhouse houses extra firewood. Some board games, playing cards and books are provided as well as outdoor games like Finska, croquet, grip ball, boule and ring toss. Access to the properties back paddock is through a gate and there you will be surrounded by beautiful vistas and a creek at the bottom. There is an abundance of birds and wildlife for you to enjoy and view. Regular visitors include wallabies, bush turkeys, turtles, cockatoos, ducks and many other birds. Lizards and birds, just beautiful. Heather, you have made that Treehouse a home for any to come, right down to the cutlery and beautiful bedding. Went as a couple to Acacia Cottage and it was perfect for what we wanted, super modern bathroom and kitchen. Big comfy bed, big porch, and felt like a bit of luxury nestled in the campsite. This would also be a great option if your friends all camp and you want to treat yourself/dont fancy doing a tent as the site is easy to walk around to where all the campers are!

We had the most beautiful night at the Bubble Hotel. The space was cosy, clean and so special since we could bring our dogs along! We were so lucky to book during the winter deal, which gave us the guest house, fire pit and fairy lights – these made the night feel extra special and we probably wouldn’t have been able to splurge on them otherwise. Sitting by the fire pit under the fairy lights was such a highlight and waking up to kangaroos hopping by at sunrise honestly felt magical. The only little hiccup was that someone walked into the guesthouse in the morning, even though we’d been told it was private – but it didn’t take away from how special the stay felt. Overall, such a unique and memorable experience – one we’ll always treasure and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a magical escape in the Hunter Valley.

Just returned from a night in the Dome (a late birthday prezzie for my hubby), which is set in the vast acreage surrounding the beautiful home of our hosts, Claudio and Shellee, in Mount Vincent. We entertained the ponies and cows for the evening with our antics and followed the stars on our Night Sky apps, while toasting marshmallows on the fire and enjoying a glass of fizz or two. Our hosts provided us with an excellent cheese platter, plenty of firewood, and a beautifully presented Dome with a window to the heavens to sleep under. It was amazing!! Claudio, Shellee, and their family made us so feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Claudio and Shellee, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will most definitely be coming back to see you again!

Thank you Mat and Jenna for having us !! When we arrived Mat was so welcoming and showed us where everything was, the property is so big and beautiful plenty of space for everyone to pick there camping spot. The bathrooms and showers were well maintained and very clean. This place is nice for families and couples. If your someone who wants to sleep on a bed the cabins are perfect as you can sit outside all night in front of the bon fire then go inside to your cabin to sleep!! Wifi wasnt to bad !! but if you need to make calls to fam and friends you can just walk up closer to the main house :) I would def come back here again ❤️ There is also a small spot in the town 7 mins away with 2 cafes me and my partner drove up there and spent 4 hours exploring everything there all in the same street the wine tasting, art gallery, cafe, museum, 2x thrif stores was really nice !!! 100000/10
