The Pines: Located near the end of the property, around 600 metres beyond Riverside and Rocky River. This flat, shaded and secluded bush site sits roughly 40 metres from the river. With loads of open space and flat ground. Far End: As the name suggests, Far End sits right at the very end of our property and offers the utmost peace and privacy. This flat, shaded campsite is just 10–20 metres from the river and surrounded by trees, making it a favourite among returning guests. Our 25 acre Hipcamp area is located safely within our 300 acre property which enjoys approximately 5 kilometres of pristine and private Murray River frontage in the beautiful rural city of Albury. Willowbank is a fourth generation cattle farm and when you arrive at Willowbank you will feel like you are a million miles away from anywhere but you are only 2.8km from the centre of Albury and 2.9km to Wodonga from our sites . We are less than 5 minutes away from the beautiful South Albury cafe and boutique shopping precinct; Ebden & Olive, Nannina's, Meraki, Platform 9, South Albury Take Away, Di Billet, Almar Organics, Sukor Wellness & Recovery, The Red Devil Brewery, Tucker on Townsend, Chic to Chic and more. We are also only 3.5km from Harris Farm Markets. Albury's public Dump Point at Albury Railway Station is less than 5 minutes away. Each of our camping sites is well away from each of the others and there is plenty of room at each site for children to play. The two best sites for swimming are The River Bend and The Willows. We encourage the use of life jackets for children in the water at all time. We have no toilet or shower facilities at any of our sites so you are required to bring your own toilet with you. All waste must be removed at the end of your visit. With notice, we can arrange portaloo hire should you need, please enquire with us prior to booking. We have no access to drinking water and if you decide to use river water for drinking we do recommend that you boil the water. Swimming, floating, paddling in the Murray River is a sublime pastime. Please be aware though, that the Murray River has a very fast and strong current. Looking to hire a canoe, we recommend you contact Dave/ Murray River Canoe Hire (0417 691 339) for a canoe to paddle around your campsite or to do a beautiful canoe trip on the Murray River from Doctor's Point to Noreuil Park. It will take a few hours and yes you will go past your camp site! We do have an area to launch your motor or paddle boat or jet ski We are on the banks of the magnificent Murray River and all our three sites are absolute river frontage with uninterrupted views up, down and across the Murray River. The Secret Island site does have a swimming spot but not as safe for little ones. The river is ideal for swimming, floating and fishing. Choose either to relax with a book and a glass of wine and do nothing or go and explore the many attractions of the wonderful North East area including the beautiful King Valley, Beechworth, Bright, Yarrawonga and Rutherglen plus many other gorgeous areas that have Art Trails or Silo Art Trails, all of which are 30-60 minutes drive from the property. Billabong Flats Farm sites are very spacious with each section private from other Campers with a fire pit provided at the site plus an abundance of open area for recreation for kids and dogs to run around. The King River Site is an extra large riverside bush campsite that could accommodate a large group of Vans (10 at least). It has a designated fire pit and Campers will need to have own Toilet/Shower amenities and be and leave no trace behind when leaving us. Accessible for most types of vehicles. Dog friendly if well behaved and controlled and won't chase the Cattle. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place, firewood for sale (see Extras). Please read the whole listing, lots to tell you about us. Campsites 1 is large and can accommodate two vans and 2 - 3 tents (or 14 -16 people). Campsites 2 and 3 are smaller and more suited to one van with 1 - 2 tents (or 4 - 6 people). Ample car parking. Campsites are 110m apart with a light screen of trees in between, no crowds here. Accessed via 3.5km of rough dirt track - not recommended for low vehicles or low towing vans. The track is rough BUT easily driven by all vehicles - just drive slowly. Dogs welcome, firewood is easily gathered by you, and often in piles by your campsite. Campsites are NOT near water. They are near a dry gully, with an **** unfenced dam.**** We have a beautiful swimming hole at the property entrance, in Boggy Creek. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shaded lawn area, BBQ and pot belly fire. The creek is 3kms from the campsites. Near The Hut is the gate to take a walk up to Sugar Loaf (500m return), where you can see amazing grass trees and place a rock on the cairn. Look for the wallabies that live up there. Our Callaghan Creek unpowered campsite is large enough for a big group and has access to water and shade. We also offer a large farmhouse located across the creek from the campsite which we offer on Air BNB so if you plan a big getaway with friends and some are not keen campers then our guest house might be a perfect option. It is a short walk through a ford in the creek from the camp site. Mobile phone coverage is possible if you are with Telstra as there is a Telstra tower not far away. Our Callaghan Creek camp is in a secluded and very pretty spot on our farm. Access is via a dirt track across paddocks and down a short steep slope to the creek. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times as farms can be dangerous places. There are large animals, snakes and deep water. Well-behaved dogs on a lead are allowed. All campers must have their own camping toilet and be self-contained.

Waivers are in place and will need to be signed prior to any riding on the property. The farm offers a campsite with brand new accessible amenities including hot shower (limited). Firepits are permitted and wood will be provided (depending on fire restrictions in place at the time of booking). We welcome pets on leashes, but they must be under control at all times by owners and cleaned up after. We ask that you organise and confirm any animals coming to the farm prior to booking by message. The powered camp site can cater up to 50 people. $50.00 per person per night (except children under 10 years old). All persons under 18 years of age are to be supervised whilst on the farm. Alternatively, for people not wanting to camp out or those with caravans or RV’S we have a site in close proximity to a 20 x 9 mtr shed, powered with concrete slab. The powered shed site is $50.00 per person per night. Hunters Spread is approximately 3.5 hours from Melbourne. The farm is approximately 30 minutes drive to Beechworth, Bright and Lake Buffalo and about 50kms to Albury Wodonga. Please note that our summers are hot, and our winters are cold - so please pack accordingly.

Wandi Farm is a small scale produce farm under development. It is set on 3 acres on the eastern (sunny) side of the beautiful Wandiligong Valley, just 5 minute drive from Bright. The property is on the side of a hill, which provides spectacular valley views to the north. Our family live in the recently completed straw bale house on the property, which sits well below the camping sites. The property has a fully functional camp kitchen with a large deck as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. Due to the slope the tent sites are not suitable for camp trailers (the tent sites are flat but there is nowhere flat to park a car next to it) and the tent sites are not suitable for vehicles. Therefore we can only accommodate people with tents/swags.

The property is in a fantastic location to the Wangaratta township as it is only 1.5 kms drive into town to get all your supplies if required including, Aldi, Woolworths, Coles, Dan Murphys, Kmart, Camping Stores, Petrol Stations, Cinema, Bowling Alley and the wonderful choice of Hotels, Restaurants and Take away options if required. Mains water is available at the property to top up your Vans or Gerry cans should you need to replenish, so never run out of water 😊 It is surrounded by picturesque green countryside laden with ancient Red Rivergum Trees and billabongs with access to river frontage for fishing and the King River Site and White Cedar sites have a swimming hole for those hot summer days. The Secret Island site does have a swimming spot but not as safe for little ones. The river is ideal for swimming, floating and fishing. Choose either to relax with a book and a glass of wine and do nothing or go and explore the many attractions of the wonderful North East area including the beautiful King Valley, Beechworth, Bright, Yarrawonga and Rutherglen plus many other gorgeous areas that have Art Trails or Silo Art Trails, all of which are 30-60 minutes drive from the property. Please read the whole listing, lots to tell you about us. Campsites 1 is large and can accommodate two vans and 2 - 3 tents (or 14 -16 people). Campsites 2 and 3 are smaller and more suited to one van with 1 - 2 tents (or 4 - 6 people). Ample car parking. Campsites are 110m apart with a light screen of trees in between, no crowds here. Accessed via 3.5km of rough dirt track - not recommended for low vehicles or low towing vans. The track is rough BUT easily driven by all vehicles - just drive slowly. This is a lovely camping spot tucked away in the King Valley with absolutely incredible views of the surrounding mountain ranges. The hosts were super accommodating and friendly going out of their way to deliver us some matches when we arrived after dark and needed to cook our food! We were also shown around the native fish farm across the road from the camp which was fascinating. The camp site is ever so conveniently located 200m walk from ‘La Cantina’ winery which has some beautiful wines! A short drive will also take you to the bigger wineries. Thanks Kim and Andrew. We will be back again for sure!!

Beautiful spot right on the river. Very private, lots of water birds and occasional fish jumping. There was even a little beach access into a calmer section of the river. I wish I would have been able to go for a kayak, some people passed by kayaking and occasionally a motor boat, but nothing too intrusive. The resident cows were very curious but very sweet and docile. I will definitely stay there again if I pass through that way.

Actually we had a choice of all Kerryn’s sites and chose the White Cedar. Such a lovely site beside a huge Cedar tree and the King River. Everything was set up. Wood for the open fire together with a grate for cooking, big logs for sitting around the open fire. Bird life was amazing, kookaburras sang night and morning. The solitude was terrific amazing as it was just a short distance from town. I walked my dog on the property and watched the kangaroos. There were even fish jumping in the river unfortunately we forgot our fishing rods. Our hosts were very friendly and wanted to make sure that we were aware of our surrounds and to stay safe. I would highly recommend BillaBong Flats farm it’s in such a beautiful part of Victoria.

Incredible place to stay, a real bonus having a toilet The most lovely host Ian. A fantastic flat super large area to set up. His property is a privilege to be allowed to stay. Wal has loved fishing in the river attempting to catch cod. He can see how big they are the water is so clear. Instead he has caught fresh crayfish. Our dogs have loved holidaying with many walks and swims. Very greatful for being allowed to bring them to Ian’s fantastic piece of paradise.

My friends and I had the most wonderful five nights off grid camping in our vans. So much space, wonderful swimming hole. The fishing was amazing! Fire pit well set out, so much wood supplied! A great place to camp. Quiet, isolated and super beautiful surroundings. There is 2x other sites nearby but they're far enough apart and separated by trees that your site feels private. The swimming hole near the house is a bonus on hot days and the flushing toilet close to the camp sites is amazing. Stewart and Gayle pop by everyday to say hi and make sure the fire water containers are full. Definitely going to stay here again and for longer next time.
