You'll also find sheep and cattle meandering around the paddocks, along with our horses and free ranging peacock. We also have a super friendly kelpie and dachshund pup making the farm feel complete. Dogs are welcome & we have stables or individual paddocks available if you'd like to bring your equine friends (no riding on the property due to insurance). Only 15 minutes to the centre of town & is a great base for your visit to Dubbo. Located on the Mudgee side of Dubbo, it's an easy place to pull up on your travels and we look forward to your visit. It is nothing short of amazing as you marvel at the sights from the verandah of The Tiny Home or from your campsite. Not far from our property you’ll find the Goonoo CCA Zone 1 National Park. You're welcome to go for a swim in the dam which is a short walk away, or take a stroll to the top of the rocky hill to see 360 degree views. We have plenty of horses for the kids to come and spend time with, along with baby lambs, goats, and chickens. Breelong Valley also offers a farm-to-plate experience with our beautiful fresh produce and succulent lamb for sale so you can stock up on some of your essentials, and enjoy a fantastic campfire dinner. Pets are welcome, and campfires are permitted when conditions allow, and no local fire restrictions are in place. Please note: This is a large working farm, and the campground is set away from the homestead and main animal areas. We do this to give guests privacy and a quiet space to unwind, but it does mean the house, animals, and farm shop are not in immediate walking distance

We are located close to Dubbo, just off the Newell Highway. Use this campsite as a base and explore the region, or stop over for the night. Your property will be safe while you're out visiting the local attractions including Western Plains Zoo, Old Dubbo Jail, or Naramine. We have a 100 acres of pasture with lots of Wattle. We run horses, sheep and other farm animals. We have several vacant paddocks at any one time. Camp any ware on the property you wish (depending on weather and stock) or in a parkland type setting within view of the house. We welcome self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower. You must have your own amenities. Tank (drinking) water is available at the house. Relax around the campfire in the evenings as you enjoy the stars in the night sky. The country is reasonably flat and accessible for any type of vehicle. There are areas of mown parkland settings or rough paddocks. You can choose where to set up, the paddock areas can be slashed if required.Pets are welcome.

Toorale road is 10 min out of Dubbo off the Wellington road. Secure front paddock available for camping or caravan, secure fencing if you have a pet. We do have a few lambs to keep the grass down! There is water available to top up tanks however no discharge of grey or blackwater permitted.

Beautiful cleared safe and peaceful site. We stayed on site 1. Slashed walking track to creek. Our dog loved this walk and it was very cool under the trees by the creek for an Arvo drink after a long travel day. Huge site with a fire pit. Easy access for caravans. Flat site. No over hanging trees. Loved it 🫶

Weekend Trip to YARRALLA on the Marthaguy
Sally and Pete have an amazing setup here, picnic table, shelter with lighting and bore water, outdoor baths, shower... and soon a toilet. Located immediately off the highway it's location is extremely convenient. Highly recommend stopping at Johnson's gourmet butcher for an amazing piece of meat and bbq in your own little piece of paradise.

Spent a couple of peaceful nights camped by the river. Matt's map & directions made it super easy to find. We had to place to ourselves and didn't see a sole of the entire stay. Would definitely look to revisit if passing through.

Sally was very helpful and quick to respond to our last minute request, and on arrival Peter came over and went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed on a cool and rainy evening. The shelter and other facilities were very useful, with the campsite tucked away from the Newell Highway. There is a bit of road noise still, but it proved to be an excellent option for our overnight stop.

Would highly recommend this place. The photos don’t do it justice. We stayed at Site 3 which had a beautiful view of the river. Really quiet and peaceful among the gumtrees. The site was nice and flat and Matt & Leanne left bags of fire wood at the gate for you to purchase which was very convenient. Matt is excellent with the communication and very accommodating. Only 15 mins out of Dubbo. We will definitely be back if we are passing back through this area.

I had a great stay at Riverside 1 site. The site was very peaceful and private. The site was a long way from the house, maybe about one kilometre so if privacy from the host house is a priority for you then this certainly ticks that box. It was very quiet including at night. The river next to the site was just beautiful. It is down from the site a bit. You have to carefully make the walk down so keep that in mind if you are keen to sit by the riverside. I went down with my campchair and had a lovely sit by the river. The site couldn't be easier to access even in my bus which is quite big. And the site is super, super flat - which I am discovering certainly isn't always the case with a lot of places you stay! Matt was great with sms'ing me the deets for finding the place and even noticed when I went whizzing past and missed the entrance and phoned to confirm the directions. Great place - best things are the peace and quiet, being a very natural nature spot and the flatness and easy access.
