When you stay at Sunset Point you have lake frontage onto Borang Lake ( 4km from Potato Point), which connects directly with
the Tuross lakes. You are able to launch your own tinny at our private jetty.
A firepit is provided
and you can collect your own wood yourself, or purchase a
$25 a wheel barrow load with your booking.
Wildlife is plentiful here, so please respect the environment and clean up after your self.
There are some amazing local beaches only minutes to Potato Point or down the back track 10 minute drive or, ride your pushie or walk (its a bit of a walk) - straight to Blackfellows Point at
Potato Point.
There are lovely walking tracks around the property and lots of fishing, kayaking, SUP or pop your Tinnie in and fish till sunset or just plain lazy days.
Watch the sunrise or walk to the other side of the property and watch the sunset. Watching the moon rise on the lake is quite beautiful.
Launch your tinny and go fishing or simply kayak or lazy around.
The site is dog friendly, but your pet must be well behaved and not aggressive as there may be other campers and pets on the property during your stay and a Sunset Point Camp Cat.
You may not be right next to each other but please respect other guests, with noise.
Just 10 minutes from the charming village of Bodalla, which was
founded on the back of dairy farming and cheese production back in the 1860s.
30 minutes drive either way to the hubs of
Narooma and Moruya.
No barking dogs and no loud music or parties. This is a peaceful getaway. Short car trip to famous beaches where you leave nothing but footprints. It's our secret!

Always enjoy my time at Sunset Point. I love the seclusion and the peace I find in the stillness. Always catch at least one fish on my trips and really love that Sally can provide firewood for a very reasonable price. I also love that I can access the property with my 2wd hatchback. I Intend to rest and recarge at sunset point again soon. 🏕🎣

What an absolutely stunning place to camp for the week, so peaceful. Easy access to Borang Lake to launch our boat, caught flathead just off Sunset Point.
Sally is an amazing host, cooking us muffins, giving us some homemade relish and recommending places to eat in Bodalla.
You are a beautiful soul Sally, generous and kind, thank you for sharing you piece of paradise with us xx

We had such an incredible time here....the lovely host Sally was so accommodating. We stayed at Molly's sunset (site 4) and had a incredible time with the lake just a few steps from our camper trailer, and the kids had a ball.

This is a special part of the world - lots of tall trees, beside a sweet lake, peace and quiet, not far from Potato Point for a beach swim and Bodalla for a coffee at the cafe or a beer at the pub. Sally is a friendly accommodating host. A recommended site. We’ll be back.

We really enjoyed our tent camping beside Borang Lake. Our site was right beside the water so very easy access to get our kayaks in and lots of waterways to explore. We did a little fishing from the shore and caught a couple of fish. Very private and peaceful and the view from our site allowed us to enjoy some great sunsets! Additionally, Sally was very helpful and easily contactable.

Sunset Point was a beautiful and peaceful spot.
We went here during Jan school
Holidays away from the crowds. Although there were other campers in the distance we did not hear or see them.
The sunsets were beautiful and the bush a peaceful setting close to grey fishing, beaches and towns to explore.
Our dog loved jumping in the lake and there was plenty of fish in there.
Sal is very welcoming and accommodating, such a great host. We will be back.

We stayed at campsite 4, Molly's sunset. This has a great view of the lake and we camped right by the lakeside. There was a fireplace and Sally organized firewood for a small extra fee. My kids particularly enjoyed playing with Sally's dog cocoa who regularly came around for a play. Sally also very kindly let us forage through her vegerable patch which my kids also enjoyed. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely bush campground right on the lake. Sally was friendly and very helpful, and even offered us some veggies from her garden. The directions were excellent, with lots of large sites to choose from. It was really quiet and peaceful, yet close to Bodalla. Perfect spot for fishing, paddle boarding, and canoeing.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Bedella, NSW. The location was peaceful with stunning vista views of the water — absolutely perfect for winding down and taking in the scenery.
We travelled with an 18ft caravan, and our host accommodated us with ease. Access and setup were no problem at all. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely a lovely host who made our stay feel relaxed and enjoyable.
Highly recommend this spot — we’d happily return!
