Tabatha was able to accommodate me very last minute when another camp was not working out. This is a very private paddock all to yourself that is completely closed in so you can let your dogs roam free. It’s all quite level and there is a fire pit and firewood supplied. Sadly it started raining a little so we couldn’t have a fire. You are surrounded by gorgeous pine trees and and soothing nature sounds, I slept amazingly! We will definitely be back again thanks so much!

Great spot for a stop over, close to most things. Turn off the highway can be tricky as the Number is on the gate which was open so we couldn’t see it. Well maintained, private and peaceful may take a bit to level up though.
Somewhere in Hilltop there’s a Fox with my Flip Flop! Cheeky buggers nicked one during the night so keep your shoe’s in! We’re still laughing about it.

Just returned from a weekend with our old dog at Wombat Flat, great place to unwind. Large level area that is private and quiet. Plenty of shade if it’s hot and about 50m from a wide slow flowing creek (beware submerged branches from recent floods?). Very peaceful, no boats, tiny whisper of traffic noise that gets drowned out by the birds. Wombat one night, friendly horses and cows if you go for a wander thru the paddocks. Thought it was a little pricey but there was a pile of cut wood at camp and the solitude was just what we were looking for. If you’re looking to be entertained you won’t find it at Wombat Flats, strictly BYO fun in whatever form you choose. Sanctuary Point, Huskisson,

We really enjoyed our three nights at Glinda Hill. Wed originally booked for two nights but decided it wasn’t enough time so extended for a third. Tabitha has mown a lovely, large, open space. Very private and loads of sunshine for charging our solar panels. Wilson Drive is close by so you can hear some cars during the day, but we didn’t mind it at all and the nights are super peaceful. Our doggoes enjoyed free ranging in our paddock. Hill Top village is very close by and has everything you might need. Mittagong, Bowral and Berrima are only a short drive away, so this is a fantastic base for exploring the area. We can recommend the Eden Brewery (Mittagong) for a beer and burger, as well as 1834 if looking for a pub lunch in Berrima (both dog friendly). We also rate Baked in Berrima for delicious bread and baked goods. We’ll definitely keep Glinda Hill in our “Favourites” list, especially given its relatively close proximity to Sydney. Easy access, all level had 22ft caravan in there with Plenty of space. Slight road noise from Hume hwy. you can find firewood in nearby bushes, chickens for kids to see. A little pricey but would stay again.
