Our property is made up of native vegetation. Even with other campers you will feel like you are on your own. We are a 15 minute drive to the Bungonia National Park and have a few beautiful swimming spots within a 45 minute drive (or you can take a dip in the dam). Our property was once part of the Cobb and Co run and we have found a few artefacts over the years. Nearby Oallen Ford is great for gold prospecting. Located nearby is the Historic Loaded Dog Hotel and of course Goulburn's Big Merino.
There is plenty of wildlife to be seen. Kangaroos, wombats, possums, lizards, turtles and yes snakes. Birds from Australia's smallest, the Weebill, to the largest, Wedgetail Eagles can be frequently seen, along with many other birds.
GUIDELINES:
Cost is $20 per camper per night, kids 16 and under are free (just don't add them to your booking). We will allow up to 12 people on a site and we don't have a limit on the amount of cars per site. Sites are private but not totally flat. Fire pits are provided, along with firewood. Firewood provided is sufficient for a fire not a bonfire. All rubbish must be taken with you, no bins are provided at the camp sites. Please drive slowly on the property (10km/h) as we have dogs, children, sheep and horses.

Elsie's property is truly beautiful. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the Coral Tree creekside campsite. Elsie is a lovely lady, and was a fabulous host.

The site was amazing, Elsie and her dogs were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the ever present reminder of how beautiful nature can be was brilliant.

This farm stay was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. Waking to cows wandering freely around was wonderful. Also loved seeing the horses in their runs just beside us. Elsie was very accommodating and we were able to choose a lovely shady spot. We were advised by Elsie upon booking to ensure our dog had tic protection and this was good advice! It’s also prudent to check yourself for tics. We enjoyed beautiful walks and the serenity that the farm brings.

What a perfect quiet little spot by the river, and in the heat of summer with 40+ days we had the perfect little water hole to sit in all to ourselves and enjoy a beer.
So peaceful and plenty of room to park up with large van or a large group.
Elise was so lovely and helpful and it was a pleasure to stay here with the lovely grassy areas and super dog friendly.
A great base camp for us close to the beaches.
We will def be back again.

Very tranquil, lovely views with a creek. Grass was a plus which was well maintained. You could stay creek level or higher for more expansive views. Elsie was very welcoming and her doggos. Milton was a charming town only 5 mins drive away.
We were there in heavy rain which made the lower levels access road a bit challenging. Elsie was very accommodating and let us move to a higher site.

Beautiful peaceful location. Sites were neatly maintained with a fire pit and small wood pile. Directions to the property were very clear. Possibly numbering the sites would be helpful as I'm not sure that we set up on the site that we booked as we had no directions where to head upon arrival. In all fairness, we arrived an hour later than I had estimated due to an electric issue with our car/caravan. I did send a message relaying this. We were unable to contact anyone when we arrived. Ended up going for a wander and setting up in a beautiful spot.
We have a 7 metre caravan with a 4WD and had no issue with the small, step grassy hill mentioned. If there had been rain we would probably have needed to put it in 4WD for better traction.
Would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway that's still not too far from the beach or town if you're looking for something extra to do.

We had a wonderful four days at Pitch and Putt. Elsie is lovely and the site was perfect for us. There is plenty of flat space for tents / camp set up, and it’s a close walk to the river - which was perfect as I wasn’t worried about the kids jumping in without us knowing.
The site doesn’t have much shade in the middle of the day so it does get quite hot, although we were there during a heat wave, so this probably wouldn’t be an issue most of the time. It’s surrounded beautiful tall gumtrees, and you really feel like you’re in the middle of the bush despite being a 10 minute drive to the beach and close to all the great food and wine in Milton.

The property and site ticks all the boxes. Lovely short green grassy spot easily accessible with dual axel van and 4WD.
A perfect and private retreat with ultimate security and safety
Elsie was the perfect host and very accommodating of our needs.
About 10 minutes drive to Milton.
I would definately stay there again.
