Description

Hecla Junction Campground is the amphibian of the AHRA (Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area)―there’s a plethora of terrestrial and water-loving activities to partake in. The area’s a known favorite among the angling community as well as the endurance hiker. And, with it’s twenty-two campsites, you’ll have plenty of space to retreat and rest-up from your lactic acid laden activities.

Lots of camping and recreation stops along this drive! Check them all out as they each have a unique view. We just spent the day here but the facilities were clean and the people were nice. Again, the drives in this area will leave you stunned. I travel through here each season year after year because the area is so breathtaking.
