OPEN THE BUMPS & BRUZAS GATE CLOSE THE GATE. Make your way to the camper parking located behind the house. The setup is simple, we are a property on the Carbon River with nearly 800ft of river front access. The levee runs along the length of the property creating continuous camping availability. Scope the area and see what area speaks to you, please leave vehicles in the parking lot.There are 6 private fire pits with a large central bonfire pit for large groups, and is open to everyone at all times.   5 gallon buckets can be found along the levee to fill with water for responsible fire safety. We have firewood for sale near the back side of house, $10 will allow you to fill a cart and wheel it to your campsite.

 We do fill up on the weekends so if you want a more secluded stay aim for the weekdays and find a place that suits you, the sites are not numbered~ just set up at a fire ring an enjoy.  We have extra chairs and tables all over the place in case you forgot yours. Right across the street is The Foothills Trail is 25 miles or so of paved walking and bike riding path. Bumps & Bruzas is a short drive to Mt. Rainier, which allow you to take advantage of some gorgeous Pacific Northwest hiking. The towns of Enumclaw and Orting have grocery stores that will allow you to replenish reserves during your stay with us.

Please honor the property and adopt the LEAVE NO TRACE habits~ if possible please leave it better than you found it.

There is a honey bucket that is switched out weekly.

Potable water is accessible to the left side of the house.

If you need to charge, there is an outlet on the right side of the house {LEFT SIDE OF THE MURAL}

**WE DO NOT WANT YOUR TRASH, KINDLY TAKE IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE**

 We are a dog friendly operation with FRIENDLY dogs. If yours are not please find arrangements to leave them behind. We've had upward of 20+ dogs over a weekend so be prepared. There are 4 resident dogs 2 large and 2 small on the property, if your pooch loves to mingle and is well socialized we'd love you to bring 'em along! New rescues and smaller dogs can be overwhelmed with the amount of activity and other dogs in a new environment. So please know your dogs. We're a casual family friendly environment. We look forward to seeing you at our special property on the Carbon River. Please contact us for any other questions you may have!

Beautiful spot on the Carbon River. If you want view of river from your sleeping bag, bring your tent. Also best to bring port-a-potty and pack it out. It's too close to the river for the 200 feet away from water source for digging hole. Or use the host's toilet in his home. Pat will be adding a communal port-a-potty soon. Pat is warm, friendly and a very caring, hospital host. The property is off leash dog friendly. My dog had best vacation ever playing with Pat's dogs.

Cool campsite right on the river. Great ambient noise for sleeping. Pretty private, even though it was technically Pat's backyard -- and what a backyard it is!

The camphost was extremely hospitable, accommodating, and very responsive to questions. We were traveling with kids and a puppy...fun was had by all! This campground is a must for dog lovers & owners. We enjoyed the sound of the river and being able to set up camp right next to it. The river moves pretty quickly so be prepared with life jackets and ropes.
