If you’ve got the itch to horse camp, you’ll find the scratch you’re looking for at Hocking State Forest Horse Camp. What makes it so great is the 99 acres of forest land, 40 miles of bridle trails, and utter beauty of Ohio. Early risers will appreciate that there are a few rules here, like that you’ve got to keep your alcohol drinkin’ low key and that you’ll need to keep it quiet from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Looking to enjoy your time away with a crew of friends? You can reserve the Group Horse Camp after filling out a Special Use Permit, found on the campground’s webpage.
