Expectation is your own responsibility. I was under the impression that our camp will be surrounded by water left and right and this is not the case, your camp will be primitive style in the woods (no breeze).
- Gated fence, nice people at the camp office
- Each camp site has its gravel lot, fire grill, and a wooden pole for hanging stuff
- Clean shower/ bath rooms
- Water spigots all around
- 3 small fishing piers inside that close at 10
- The kitchen sink room is overrun by bugs and moths of all shapes and sizes

- Nice, big park on the Potomac. Water is warm. Full of people (most with loud speakers) and a very busy shower room
- Beautiful secluded "dog beaches" on the Chesapeake with much cooler water
- Long pier
