Welcome to BNC Farms!
We are located smack in the middle of desert in Chaparral, NM. We have two short term rentals on the property. The Desert Dome and Harvey the Skoolie. Both are unique stays. We love to show people the beauty the desert has to offer. We also live on site and are around to answer any questions or help you out.
We want all of our guests to be able to enjoy their stay and have as much privacy as possible. Both stays have a fire pit and their own hang out area.
There are farm animals on the property! Your fur babies are welcome, we only ask you keep them leashed at all time.

Learn more about this land:Relax and be inspired during your stay in the renovated Winnebago at, The Western Star. This is a quaint, cozy space designed and decorated with a mix of natural materials, old desert wood and old metal found on the property or nearby. There are 2 beds (full and a twin), 10 ft sloped ceiling, sink with cold running water- no hot water, flushing toilet, mini-refrigerator, electric 2 burner stove, toaster oven, heater, plates, forks, cups, cookware and electricity. There are curtains and sun blockers for privacy. When you wake up in the morning you will watch the sun rise over Turtleback Mountain. 1 block away is the Rio Grande and Rotary Park. It's 4 blocks to the main. Located in the downtown area and hot springs district, the property has a well that draws out the hot springs at about 98 degrees and pours it in to an outdoor tub- perfect for a warm winter day or summer evenings. It can be reserved for an additional fee upon arrival. 4 blocks from the downtown area you can easily access other spas, restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, thrift shops, and the grocery store. Wake up in the morning, walk down to the river and you'll see heron, coots, osprey, sandhill crane, red wing black birds, and so many more wildlife. The coyotes regularly sing throughout the night. I tend the property and you may see me around if I need to do light repair work. There is a care taker for the property who lives there and may be another guest as well. The property is 1/2 a city block. Your living quarters are private but the land is shared space. I'm available to engage if desired and I respect your privacy. The property is 6 city lots large and you will have access to 4 of them. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee. You must be responsible to clean up after them and they must be friendly with strangers.

We had a wonderful time in TorC and loved our stay in the Winnebago. It was so cute and well decorated and had everything we needed and the host was wonderful, met us at the gate when we arrived, showed us around, and gave us some good recommendations for the area. This was our favorite accommodations on our cross country road trip. Thanks so much!!

Such a cool place. The description doesn’t do it justice. Well stocked with everything you need. The owners live nearby in case you have any problems. Very fast to respond & happy to help. Beds were comfy. I didn’t bring my dog but wish I had. It’s set with a doggy door & a small fenced area for them.
We will definitely return.

Very comfortable bed and very quiet! I enjoyed the seating area just outside the camper and didn’t see anyone else until I was leaving. It was wonderful!

The kids and I enjoyed the camper and thought it was the neatest thing to stay in. I give it 5 stars because unlike other campers/RV places this one has a playground that even my 9 year old could play on. Also, the hospitality was all there with plenty of water bottles stocked in the fridge, coffee and extra batteries for the remotes. The coloring pages for the kiddos was the sweetest touch. Thank you for hosting us.

Gorgeous desert dome! Very friendly helpful hosts. The dome was so cozy and welcoming, we loved staying there. Quiet, beautiful decorations, lots of games, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, washer and dryer, comfortable beds! We enjoyed the goats and donkey too. Strongly recommend.
