At 6000ft elevation the air is much cleaner and the weather is much cooler, especially in the summer time! We have plenty of space. A well house to fill up your water. There are also outdoor bathrooms, no shower yet, but working on that! We're just a short seven minute drive to the dump station at a local gas station down the road on the Deuce of Clubs and Penrod. We are 14 minutes from a large hospital, 10 minutes from major grocery stores, shopping and restaurants, and many other fun activities. Our location is in a perfect spot to enjoy the blue sky and great weather. Sunrise Ski area is a quick drive too! Pinetop Lakeside are within 10 minutes, Taylor and Snowflake are within 15 to 25 minutes. We hope you visit and continue to keep our environment clean and a chill spot to visit. We are home to a family-friendly honky-tonk, and microbrewery, now open Thu-Sat 3:30pm-8:30pm. Please check our Instagram or Facebook @the4sbarn and @greatskycampranch_showlowaz for updates. Site#1 has Full Hook Up - Running water, sewage RV Hookup of 30amp and 50amp electricity, for $45. Site#2 and Site#3 are side by side. They have running water and priced at $25. each. These two Sites are better for tents or a small trailer. A personal generator may be used but only during certain hours. These are lovely spots with shade trees, so pretty. There are lots of mature Juniper trees and some Pine trees that provide shade on the property. Often we experience a lovely breeze. We live a mile off of 260 on a rugged dirt road. We keep the Entrance Gate locked for safety and security.
We are located on 2 acres and have a garden and a green house where we grow a large variety of vegetables. We only accept trailers and fifth wheels of 21 feet or less on site #2 and #3. There is a Chicken House and a rooster and we have plenty of farm fresh eggs that are available to purchase.
0ur home is tucked away 1 mile off the 260 Hwy. on a rugged dirt road. First you will drive pass the Linden Valley Arena before reaching our property. The Arena was designed for ropers by ropers and is open from May thru September.
10-15 minute drive away is Fool Hollow lake, Show Low City Park, Safeway Grocery Store, Post Office, Library, and a variety of restaurants. Within that distance there is Boating, Fishing, Hiking, Picnic Areas, Large Dog Park, well equipped Playground area, Basketball Courts, Baseball fields, Sand Volley Ball, Tennis Courts, Racquet Ball Court, Horseshoe Pits, Disc Golf, Outdoor Exercise Stations, Walking Trail, Pavilions, Restrooms all the while enjoying the enormous, plentiful Ponderosa Pines. Show Low City Park Aquatic Center has 6 lane 25-yard pool with an adjoining leisure pool featuring zero-depth entry, Spray Fountain, Water Slide, Indoor Spa.
Show Low was named by the turn of a Card. A ranch of nearly 100,000 acres jointly owned by Marion Clark and Croydon Cooley a U.S. army scout. According to legend, sometime around 1876, the partners decided that there was not enough room for both of them
and one of them should leave. They decided to settle this issue over a game of "Seven Up" (with the winner taking the ranch and the loser leaving.) After the game seemed to have no winner in sight the game reached it's climax when
Clark said, "If you can show low, you win." At this point
Cooley turned up the deuce of clubs, and declared "Show Low" it is! Show Low
is a city in Navajo County, Arizona
among the lush green ponderosa pine forestland and along Arizona's Mogollon Rim at an elevation of 6,345 feet. Show Low is now the largest city in the White Mountains of northeastern Arizona. Show Low is also the business hub and marketing center of the area.

The sites are located about ten minutes down a dirt road off the main highway. The road is a bit bumpy, but high clearance and off-road vehicles are NOT required for arrival, but may be recommended if camping during the rainy season.
Nearby Parks: Our campground is a one-hour drive from Petrified Forest National Park and a four-hour drive from the Grand Canyon National Park.
The Space: We have the space to accommodate vehicles and groups of any size. We offer pull-through sites for RVs and campers and a drive-through road for tents and car camping. Please note that it does get quite windy in this region.

At 6000ft elevation the air is much cleaner and the weather is much cooler, especially in the summer time! We have plenty of space. A well house to fill up your water. There are also outdoor bathrooms, no shower yet, but working on that! We're just a short seven minute drive to the dump station at a local gas station down the road on the Deuce of Clubs and Penrod. We are 14 minutes from a large hospital, 10 minutes from major grocery stores, shopping and restaurants, and many other fun activities. Our location is in a perfect spot to enjoy the blue sky and great weather. Sunrise Ski area is a quick drive too! Pinetop Lakeside are within 10 minutes, Taylor and Snowflake are within 15 to 25 minutes. We hope you visit and continue to keep our environment clean and a chill spot to visit. Site#1 has Full Hook Up - Running water, sewage RV Hookup of 30amp and 50amp electricity, for $45. Site#2 and Site#3 are side by side. They have running water and priced at $25. each. These two Sites are better for tents or a small trailer. A personal generator may be used but only during certain hours. These are lovely spots with shade trees, so pretty. There are lots of mature Juniper trees and some Pine trees that provide shade on the property. Often we experience a lovely breeze. We live a mile off of 260 on a rugged dirt road. We keep the Entrance Gate locked for safety and security.
We are located on 2 acres and have a garden and a green house where we grow a large variety of vegetables. We only accept trailers and fifth wheels of 21 feet or less on site #2 and #3. There is a Chicken House and a rooster and we have plenty of farm fresh eggs that are available to purchase.
0ur home is tucked away 1 mile off the 260 Hwy. on a rugged dirt road. First you will drive pass the Linden Valley Arena before reaching our property. The Arena was designed for ropers by ropers and is open from May thru September.
10-15 minute drive away is Fool Hollow lake, Show Low City Park, Safeway Grocery Store, Post Office, Library, and a variety of restaurants. Within that distance there is Boating, Fishing, Hiking, Picnic Areas, Large Dog Park, well equipped Playground area, Basketball Courts, Baseball fields, Sand Volley Ball, Tennis Courts, Racquet Ball Court, Horseshoe Pits, Disc Golf, Outdoor Exercise Stations, Walking Trail, Pavilions, Restrooms all the while enjoying the enormous, plentiful Ponderosa Pines. Show Low City Park Aquatic Center has 6 lane 25-yard pool with an adjoining leisure pool featuring zero-depth entry, Spray Fountain, Water Slide, Indoor Spa.
Show Low was named by the turn of a Card. A ranch of nearly 100,000 acres jointly owned by Marion Clark and Croydon Cooley a U.S. army scout. According to legend, sometime around 1876, the partners decided that there was not enough room for both of them
and one of them should leave. They decided to settle this issue over a game of "Seven Up" (with the winner taking the ranch and the loser leaving.) After the game seemed to have no winner in sight the game reached it's climax when
Clark said, "If you can show low, you win." At this point
Cooley turned up the deuce of clubs, and declared "Show Low" it is! Show Low
is a city in Navajo County, Arizona
among the lush green ponderosa pine forestland and along Arizona's Mogollon Rim at an elevation of 6,345 feet. Show Low is now the largest city in the White Mountains of northeastern Arizona. Show Low is also the business hub and marketing center of the area.

Welcome to the edge of the high desert.
Set at the very end of a quiet dirt road, this 230-acre private property offers rare access to vast open space, dramatic canyon views, and true solitude. Located about 30 minutes off pavement, the drive in is part of the experience. A medium-clearance vehicle is recommended, though high-clearance 4x4 is not required. The final mile becomes a bit rough at a few spots that cross sandstone, but there are no major obstacles for a standard truck or SUV. Off-road or higher-clearance travel trailers are welcome, provided they are not excessively long or low to the ground.
The land itself is expansive and immersive. With over a mile of Chevelon Creek forming the southern boundary, the property drops into a massive canyon with 300-foot cliffs, sweeping views, and a sense of scale that feels more like a national park than private land. Advanced rock climbers have quietly begun establishing rappel routes and sport climbs into the canyon. While climbing access is informal and at your own discretion, the remoteness and openness of the area has long made it a haven for experienced adventurers.
To the north, the property borders a large stretch of BLM land, offering endless room to explore, hike, and roam without crowds. Despite the size and openness, the land feels remarkably private. There are no neighbors in sight, no traffic, and no noise beyond wind, birds, and the canyon below.

Whether you're an adventurer or a seeker of solace, our campsite promises an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Centrally located: Our camp sites are only 10 minutes away from the nearest country store, where you can stock up on all of your essentials, or a quick 20-minute drive into the town of Snowflake, where you can grocery shop, bar hop, or have a delicious meal at one of the local restaurants.
Arrival: Be mindful that it may be more difficult to locate in the dark. Please try to arrive while there is still daylight to ensure proper arrival. The sites are located about ten minutes down a dirt road off the main highway. The road is a bit bumpy, but high clearance and off-road vehicles are NOT required for arrival, but may be recommended if camping during the rainy season.
Nearby Parks: Our campground is a one-hour drive from Petrified Forest National Park and a four-hour drive from the Grand Canyon National Park.
The Space: We have the space to accommodate vehicles and groups of any size. We offer pull-through sites for RVs and campers and a drive-through road for tents and car camping. Please note that it does get quite windy in this region.

Paula is an outstanding host. The amount of firewood you get is more than fair and you have the convenience of not hauling it your self.
The campsite itself is simple but perfectly placed; flat ground for tents, natural rock outcroppings, and just enough distance from any neighbor to feel secluded without being inaccessible. It invites you to unplug completely. You trade noise for quiet and screens for starlight. It is a place to breathe, to reflect, and to remember how beautiful simplicity can be.

A true hidden gem for families who love to unplug! If you go in knowing there are no washroom facilities, you’ll have an incredible time. We spent the day getting lost in the stunning canyon views and playing in the crystal-clear creek. It’s rare to find this much peace and privacy nowadays. Pack light, bring what you need, and enjoy the raw beauty of nature.

Andy made our trip, you have raised a very polite and wise young man.
He answered all of our questions and provided a excellent tour of the property. He was very knowledgable about the canyon and history of the area and mines.
He checked on us a couple times and was a wealth of information!
We thoroughly enjoyed the waterfalls and creek hike.
The water was cool and a perfect way to spend the warmest part of the day!
There were tons of stars at night.
Great hospitality and atmosphere.
Pasture camp spot was plenty of room and great fire pit!

We loved our time in Ash Creek. A beautiful, unique hideaway! We had fun exploring the area, found some great swimming holes and amazing stars. Andy is a great host, gave us an informative tour when we arrived that kept my kids’ attention, delivered a massive log for our fire and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Paula's land is in beautiful dessert terrain with some amazing rock formations dotted along the road in and elsewhere. The hilltop site we stayed in had a nice breeze all night with stars everywhere. Paula was super communicative ... always really appreciative of that. Tks Paula!

This was by far one of our top favorite camping trips for my sons and I. I want to tell EVERYONE how wonderful and amazing it was but I am afraid everyone will want to go. I’ll call it my best kept secret ;) camp host was so amazing when we arrived and gave us a tour. We went exploring and hiking the next couple days and made some beautiful memories. I have nothing negative to say about this spot. It was breathtakingly beautiful and the camp sites all held their own beauty of the canyon.

This has got to be one of the most amazing places that I've had the opportunity to come to!! Andrew is an outstanding host, take the tour he offers!! From the exploration of the mines, to the waterfalls, to the ohv trails, this camp is one of a kind!!! Higher clearance vehicle would be recommended as roads can be rough and run a cliff line, but the end result is epic!! You are quite literally in the middle of an abandoned ghost town.

Full hooks-ups, water, and dump station at site 1 and 2, which is next to the Four Silos Brew Pub. Four Silos is open Thursday through Saturday, 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. and offers pizza and snacks and has ice available. There are pool tables and tournaments on Thursday nights.
There is a men’s and women’s restroom with sinks, but does not offer showers.
All the farm animals that were once there have all gone to new pastures.
We camped at the end of February and it was very quiet. Plenty of sites for tents, though only five hook ups for RV’s or travel campers. Ten minutes north of Show Low in elk country among the juniper trees.
