Welcome to the edge of the high desert. Set at the very end of a quiet dirt road, this 230-acre private property offers rare access to vast open space, dramatic canyon views, and true solitude. Located about 30 minutes off pavement, the drive in is part of the experience. A medium-clearance vehicle is recommended, though high-clearance 4x4 is not required. The final mile becomes a bit rough at a few spots that cross sandstone, but there are no major obstacles for a standard truck or SUV. Off-road or higher-clearance travel trailers are welcome, provided they are not excessively long or low to the ground. The land itself is expansive and immersive. With over a mile of Chevelon Creek forming the southern boundary, the property drops into a massive canyon with 300-foot cliffs, sweeping views, and a sense of scale that feels more like a national park than private land. Advanced rock climbers have quietly begun establishing rappel routes and sport climbs into the canyon. While climbing access is informal and at your own discretion, the remoteness and openness of the area has long made it a haven for experienced adventurers. To the north, the property borders a large stretch of BLM land, offering endless room to explore, hike, and roam without crowds. Despite the size and openness, the land feels remarkably private. There are no neighbors in sight, no traffic, and no noise beyond wind, birds, and the canyon below. This is a place for those seeking something rare: – Overlanders looking for space, views, and quiet – Adventurers and climbers drawn to wild terrain – Retreat groups wanting privacy, inspiration, and room to breathe – Anyone craving the feeling of being far away, without being unreachable If you’re looking for polished amenities and tight campsites, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for scale, silence, stars, and a landscape that stops you in your tracks, you’ve found something special.Guests have access to hundreds of acres of wide-open high desert with multiple areas suitable for dispersed camping, vehicle-based setups, or group gatherings. While the property spans 230 acres, guests are free to spread out and choose a site that fits their setup and desired level of privacy. There are no assigned campsites, allowing you to position yourself for views, wind protection, or proximity to the canyon edge. This is a self-contained, off-grid experience. There are no shared facilities or developed amenities on site. Guests should plan to be fully self-sufficient and pack out everything they bring in. Access to the property is via a maintained dirt road, with the final mile being rougher but manageable for standard trucks and SUVs with moderate clearance. Activities are accessed directly from the land itself. Guests can explore on foot, by vehicle, or simply from camp. The canyon rim and creek corridor are reachable by informal routes and natural terrain. Hiking, photography, wildlife viewing, stargazing, and quiet exploration are all available without leaving the property. The northern boundary opens directly into vast BLM land, offering nearly limitless space to roam beyond the private acreage. Rock climbing, scrambling, and canyon access are possible for experienced adventurers only and are entirely use-at-your-own-risk. Terrain is rugged and undeveloped, and guests should be comfortable navigating natural landscapes without marked trails or safety infrastructure. Cell service is limited to nonexistent depending on carrier, which adds to the sense of isolation and quiet. This site is best suited for guests who value space, self-reliance, and the freedom to explore a truly wild landscape at their own pace.
