Learn more about this land: Welcome to a great wide open desert retreat. Do as you please! No one is going to bother you. Let the animals loose, roll out the off road vehicles, ride bikes, and build a fire and enjoy that peaceful good outdoor life.  The old Spanish trail can be found nearby for hiking and/or biking and there are mountains and cool wildlife all around in the valley. The stars all pop completely present with no light pollution to spoil them.  Additionally, Southern Utah has so many other trails and beautiful places all over in almost any direction. Zion National Park is only a little over an hour drive away down I-15. I highly recommend Kanarraville Falls as well, as it's at most only 30 minutes away. *** Getting to the property: It is directly off of the "main" road which consists of a well kept wide dirt road. The GPS location will guide you straight there to an intersecting road with a stop sign called 1200 E which runs south the "main" road/4800 N/AKA Antelope Springs Rd. At this intersection, there is a trail running north marked with an orange post for fiber cable. That trail and road marks the bottom left corner of the property if you're facing north. Follow the trail and find your way anywhere on the right side, there are already some campsites made up, but you are also welcome to make your own to your hearts desire. Be mindful of your vehicle, cars can drive the trail but there is always a risk of getting stuck. You can also park on the main road as you are already at the property anyway and can just walk in a little ways to set up your camp. **It's important to be aware of any fire warnings for Iron County, Utah. Do a Google search for fire threats and it should be the first thing you see. Most of the time, large bonfires will be highly discouraged. Use good judgment when building a fire of any size.  *Cedar City is a straight shot East if you need any medical attention.

It is dry camping only, and makes spectacular evenings of gazing at the stars under completely natural skies! During the day, there are miles of dirt roads for riding motorcycles and ATV’s. Hunting grounds are within six miles, Fishing, boating, water skiing and swimming are had at the Newcastle Reservoir, just 8 miles away! There is a gas station/country store/Grill with restrooms just 4 miles away! The National Historical Site of the Mountain Meadow Massacre is just 20 minutes away. The wide-open, flat terrain is good for flying drones, setting up tents, or playing corn-hole. Bring your friends and family with their RVs to join you! There is no water or toilet facilities, and no electricity, so please pack out whatever you bring in! Stay for one night, or up to one month (discount for stays over one week) as you explore Zion hiking and mountain biking trails, or Southern Utah University’s Shakespeare Festival!
