There is a flat-screen TV in both the den and the master bedroom with Directv. We have WIFI available. The space Sweet Olive Cabin is the perfect place for your girls' trip, honeymoon, anniversary, or just a quiet place to spend quality time with your family! Here at Blossom Hill Farms, we want you to feel right at home! Guest access Sweet Olive Cabin can be a little difficult to find, especially in the dark. A GPS will get you close. The cabin is close to the road, Blossom Hill Rd. If you are coming in from the north, the cabin will be on the right. If coming in from the south, it will be on the left. Let me know If your eta is after dark, and I can leave the porch lights on for you. Other things to note Scott County is a dry county with beer available for sale or beer and alcohol for dining in at some locations. Sweet Olive Cabin is not a “pet-friendly” property. We do, however, make an exception for registered service animals with an additional $25 fee. In Forest (5-8 miles), there is Vowell’s grocery store, Walmart, and many fast food restaurants. For eating in, try Foothills lunch/dinner with live music on Friday and Saturday nights. If you are looking for some genuine southern cooking, there’s The Garden Patch (open till 2 pm M-Th).

This is a perfect spot for anyone - especially bikers - traveling on the Natchez Trace to camp as it's less that 1 mile off the trace. Nice level concrete pad with electric and water with a treelined forest on one side and an open field on the other. Great wide-open view of the stars (no light pollution!) from the site. Anna & Will were gracious hosts, communicating everything we needed before our arrival, and they made a point to check in on us to make sure all was well after we'd settled in - much appreciated! Gotta love the address (111 Dummy Line Road) and it was a great experience overall so I highly recommend.

We loved our night at the Rock Hill campsite! The parked close to the picnic table, which is conveniently located in the shade of a mature tree, overlooking the pond. As others have mentioned, the available flush toilet was a nice perk! We arrived about an hour before dusk, so didn’t have much of a chance to enjoy the site until morning- but the next day we took our time getting going and saw some fabulous bird activity on the water- herons, geese, etc. Very peaceful spot! Highly recommend.

Here at Blossom Hill Farms, we want you to feel right at home! Guest access Sweet Olive Cabin can be a little difficult to find, especially in the dark. A GPS will get you close. The cabin is close to the road, Blossom Hill Rd. If you are coming in from the north, the cabin will be on the right. If coming in from the south, it will be on the left. Let me know If your eta is after dark, and I can leave the porch lights on for you. Other things to note Scott County is a dry county with beer available for sale or beer and alcohol for dining in at some locations. Sweet Olive Cabin is not a “pet-friendly” property. Located in Central Mississippi, three miles east of Walnut Grove, Golden Memorial State Park features a 15-acre spring-fed lake stocked with catfish, bass, and bream. Swimming isn’t permitted in the lake, but the Loblolly Trail here is a favorite activity among hikers with the second largest loblolly pine tree in the entire state. The park also memorializes an old Civil War era one-room school once located on the site. With two covered pavilions available by reservation, the park is an ideal setting for family reunions, company picnics, and school or church outings. Bring your best buddies, barbecue. and burlap for the sack races.
