Handmade modern rustic off grid glamping cabin. Sits down in the valley overlooking a small creek. Located between America's First National River, the Buffalo River and the most unique town in the Ozarks, Eureka Springs, AR. Just 6 miles to the Kings River. Surrounded by hiking, mountain biking, floating, fishing and hunting. Built with an emphasis on using locally milled rough sawn timber, reclaimed materials and handmade details throughout. This is an off-grid glamping cabin. The parking area is just down the hill from the cabin. It's a short walk up to the cabin, you will need to across the foot bridge over the creek and up a few steps to the cabin. The terrain on the property could be muddy or loose at times. Always watch your footing. There is no running water, but there is an 8-gallon jug over the sink for drinking and washing. Extra water available for longer stays. Composting toilet outhouse behind the cabin. Compost toilet bucket is cleaned out after every guest. Propane hot water shower is only available in the warmer months (usually April through October). The cabin is powered by a small solar panel setup. Please do not plug in any personal devices. They could damage the electrical system or overwork it. USB charging dock for phones, laptops, etc. Good cell service with most providers. Basic LED lighting. Direct vent propane heater. Full size memory foam mattress with plenty of warm blankets. The farm also borders Mill Branch Park which is about a hundred acres of City Park. Ferguson Farms is with in a hours drive of many local attractions. Fayetteville is a social hub with The Walton Arts Center, The University of Arkansas, Dickson Street, The Fayetteville Square and numerous local flavor restaurants. There are over 400 miles of local bike trails. Bentonville hosts the Bentonville Bike Festival and has OZ Trails which features a bike ski lift to the top of the trails. Bentonville is the home to Walmart, The Walton 5 and 10 museum, Crystal Bridges, and many more attractions. We are 35 miles from historical Eureka Springs with the haunted Crescent Hotel, the Thorncrown Chapel and Christ of the Ozarks.

Weekend Trip to Explore the Ozarks - Dockley Ranch

We rented the cabin and were completely blown away by this magical place! The nature, peacefulness, and sense of privacy made us feel truly relaxed and right at home. Everything in the house is made with love, care, and attention to detail, and it had absolutely everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Our daughter especially fell in love with all the animals on the property: the sweet llama, the five incredibly friendly and gentle dogs, the adorable goats, and the ducks that the hosts let us feed. Claire and Myke are truly wonderful, attentive, and welcoming hosts. Our experience was beyond amazing, and we will definitely be coming back!

Weekend Trip to Valley of peace campground

We loved our time in the glamping tent at Valley of Peace! The campground and the creek are beautiful and we loved exploring the area. Even though the water was low at the time we were there, there was still enough to swim in the swimming hole and cool off. It was so nice having AC in the tent and we were very comfortable the whole time. Walter was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and everything was very well maintained. We can’t wait to go back!

Weekend Trip to Happy Hippy Acres

Had a lovely stay at the Hippy Hideaway. Lots of space and privacy! Had a bit of a hiccup during my stay and the camp hosts were so very kind to assist me with my tire trouble! Look forward to returning!

Mulberry hill is the perfect place to get away! The yurt was amazing! We always tent camp so it was so nice not having to worry about setting everything up and just relax! The stargazing was incredible, we could see a bit of the Milky Way and saw 4 shooting stars! We will definitely be back!

Mizzy met all my expectations and more. Her land was beautiful and well taken care of. She was very attentive yet gave me and Scooby Doo plenty of space to do our own thing. I felt extremely safe on her land and absolutely recommend solo females to stay here. My dream trip! Thanks Mizzy :)

We loved staying in the Vintage Airstream camper. Nostalgic, clean, and comfy. The deck out side was great to sit and sip our morning coffee and grill up diner after exploring the area all day. Close to both Bentonville and Eureka Springs, was convenient base camp for the area.

1 night at Explore the Ozarks - Dockley Ranch

I was invited 4 years ago and finally made it. I desperately needed time to myself (alone) to reset and to find peace. Dockley Ranch is a sanctuary, a place to just sit still and feel the natural beauty of this planet. I had everything I could need including coffee. Instructions were clear. I was welcomed by employees who gave a tour of my cabin and explained how every thing worked including a friendly visit from the Alpaca. Recommendation. Bring bug spray for the trail. I brought some amazon boxes to use as a fire starter. Bring flip flops for the shower or to have in hand to enjoy the waterfall. Follow their driving directions and drive slow. Enjoy the views. Mulberry Hill glamping tent was incredible! Wonderful view of the creek from the camp site, and easily accessible down to the creek bank. We got to see river otters and squirrels both mornings we were there. The air mattress in the tent is comfortable, and the tent provides a ton of space. The A/C unit works exceptionally well, and, to our surprise, there was even a small coffee machine. The campsite is equipped with an outhouse, but we were also able to schedule shower times up at the local small church house. Great for couples and families alike! 10/10!

My wife and I stayed in the hippy van with our cats and had a wonderful time. Mizzy was very nice and helpful throughout our trip. We are definitely planning on coming back!! Also the trails are very beautiful and worth the hike!!

The setup super cool and very very clean. The amenities and shower house was awesome! The mtb/hiking trail on the property was very fun. Red was extremely helpful and kind!! Definitely worth it and would recommend to anyone!!

Fara was incredibly hospitable and the location is nestled between all major NW AR destinations (Whitaker Point, Devil's Den, Glory Hole Falls). The trailer was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend!
