This campsite sits on forty acres of property that has been in the family since the early 1930's.  It is the property where my husband has been born and raised.  His brother started growing a few acres of tempranillo grapes as a hobby about twenty years ago.  His hobby has turned into Emerald Slope Vineyard with many varieties of grapes. The working vineyard has made this property even more beautiful than it already was.  We feel blessed to live in such a beautiful place and love sharing its incredible view with others. Succor Creek Silo Campsite is located on a hill overlooking the Snake River in Adrian, Oregon. Lake Owyhee and the Owyhee River are located about fifteen miles from the site where you can enjoy boating, fishing, swimming and exploring. This rustic silo includes a full size loft bed accessed by a ladder. No linens are provided, so bring your sleeping bags! Enjoy your breakfast on the deck as you overlook the river and the vineyard. This space boasts some of the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets around! You can often see turkeys, hawks and deer. This is a dry campsite with no electricity. It does have potable water and a clean porta potty just a short walk from the site. Succor Creek Silo Campsite has plenty of room to park an RV, camp trailer or pitch some tents! Pets are welcome, we just ask that you clean up after them. Please note that the driveway is shared with the host and the hosts house can be seen from the site.

Succor Creek Silo Campsite is located on a hill overlooking the Snake River in Adrian, Oregon. Spectacular view of the Snake River and camping next to a really cool silo. George and Elizabeth have such a beautiful property. They are very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the wind at night cooling our trailer down. We enjoyed peaceful campfires overlooking the view. Plenty of space for our truck and trailer. I would definitely stay at this Hipcamp again and recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy George and Elizabeth's beautiful place!

The piece of land they have is so beautiful no matter the time of day. They had the cleanest porter potty I have ever been in! We were only able to stay for a short while but it was a perfect pitstop to our next campsite! They were quick at responding and very friendly(:

Wonderful view overlooking a vineyard and the Snake River below! What struck us was how peaceful it is there. As tent-campers, we appreciated the flat surface, nearby clean bathroom, fire pit with firewood, picnic table, and even a hammock. The owners suggested a great local coffee drive-thru as well as exploring the many dirt tracks/trails off Succor Creek Road. We had a blast driving around and hiking for a couple of days.

The location of the campsite is quite wonderful. It overlooks a hillside vineyard and the Snake River is in the background. The breezes in the evening cool the site and there are nearby hiking trails. I will definitely come here again.

The campsite overlooks a vineyard with the Snake River in the background. What a lovely spot to stay. The portapotty was spotless and the hosts quite gracious. We will definitely stay here again.

This really was a great place to get a nice, relaxing view. George and Elizabeth were SO incredibly friendly and responsive. I felt comfy despite the winds, and I felt safe.

The campsite had a very pretty view of the river. There was a picnic table, fire pit at the site and the porta potty was close to the campsite. I arrived later in the evening and Elizabeth gave me very good directions so the site was easy to find. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice, very large site overlooking a vineyard and river. Hosts were lovely, port-a-potty was spotless, wood available for a fire, and a nice picnic table. Spent the evening in a hammock looking at the stars. Don’t miss the coffee and fresh pastries at the coffee hut in Adrian, which the hosts recommended. I will return if ever in this area in the future.

Beautiful views, beautiful landscape. Very clean facilities. George met me when I rolled in at 10pm, very kind and accommodating. As the listing mentions, this is a very windy area at night. Particularly important to know if you’re tent camping. Would come again.

This site was great! The views can’t be beat. It was easy to find, and the camp area was spotless. We were given complete privacy, and even on a 95 degree day, the night temp cooled. We would return! Thank you Elizabeth and George.

This was our first booking on Hipcamp and Elizabeth and George's camp was a great first experience. The views in all directions are exceptional, especially so, looking east over the vineyard and the Snake River. If in the area, this is the place to stay!

You should stay here! This is such a beautiful spot, slightly off the main highway. Hosts were very welcoming, friendly, and kind. Campsite had a nice picnic table, fire pit, firewood, porta potty toilet (very very clean!), a hammock, and very flat open area. Beautiful views in every direction. Very pleasant and private enough spot. Try to get there before sunset so you can take it all in for a while! We did not want to leave bit had to keep going on our roadtrip. We would definitely come and stay here again!

Excellent site amidst the vineyard and beautiful farms that has spectacular views of both sunrise and sunset. We loved the extra touches like a relaxing hammock for the kids to sit back and read in. Host provides exact directions that guide you there better than any GPS can. Perfect for our travels headed westward for a one night stay.

Great, one of a kind stop overlooking the Snake River and a wide open horizon. We got in just as the sun was setting on a hot day, and as the breeze picked up everything cooled off and we enjoyed watching the full moon rise in the east. It was perfect after a long day of driving. Directions were clear and camping was easy on a level, dedicated site with table, fire pit, and hammock right there. This was a great stopover for us and we’d love to come back.

Perfect spot to stop! We rolled in around 6pm and made it down to the Mirage for dinner before coming back to camp for fire and an amazing sunset view. Really beautiful place to rest your head. Elizabeth was kind and greeted us with a tablecloth for the picnic table. Portapotty was super clean and nice to have. Definitely gets windy but it kept the bugs away. Would absolutely recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful property! Exactly what we needed on our pitstop to head down to southern Idaho! Very communicative and helpful hosts. Water, fire wood, a portapotty, and plenty of space to park / set up tents- don’t need much more! Will be coming back!
