Great place to stop on the way between Missouri and Colorado! Very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to from the highway and has all the comforts we needed.

The Steampunk tiny house was super clean, comfortable, and amazingly decorated. The thought put into the furnishings, lighting, and decorating was amazing. We stayed in the outstanding pink tiny house previously and we will definitely stay at one of Joan's tiny houses next time we pass through Kansas. Close to Hays (and the excellent Gella's diner/brewpub) and the Basilica of St. Fidelis in Victoria.

I loved this Hipcamp. I am a big fan of camping, glamping, and the occasional hotel, but this particular road trip I just need something that was peaceful and put together with minimal effort for me on setting up. I loved this and already shared it with friends and family. I Loved the entire vibe, the location, the bed, and all the accommodations. My absolute favorite was the open lighting and the projector which made for a great scary movie night. Only bummer for me was not having my dogs on the bed, but I set them up on the floor with some of my own blankets and they were more than happy. Loved that there was also a full bathroom and kitchen available as well. Next time I’ll just remember popcorn!

The tiny house was perfect! I appreciate Joan’s smart design of the home. It was clean and had everything I needed. I also enjoyed the location. Though I was tired from my travels, I did manage to step outside and was in awe of the night sky! Looking forward to my next visit!

another lovely stay in this tiny house. the bed and blankets are super comfy! we stayed for 1 quick night, so we didn’t get use the projector with movies or play games. but the lose are super nice amenities. it’s metal inside, so that was super cool cause the towels and stuff were hung with magnetic to the wall.

We stayed in the pink tiny house and it was awesome. Everything worked great and the attention to detail is amazing. It was pristine when we arrived. It was so clean and new that it almost felt like we were the first guest to use the space. Has everything you need. Easy to get to from I-70 but quiet. Easy drive to Hays for dinner. Planning to stay there again!

the area was lovely and quiet. the little amenities were super great! the sodas in the fridge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom, the coffee, and granola bars. it was a great stay. we plan on coming back again soon!

Joan was a great host that was very responsive to my inquiries in a timely manner. Beautiful tiny home on a private lot. It was perfect for my daughter and I for a break between the Denver to Kansas City drive. I would highly recommend staying here as an alternative to any hotel. Mahalo Joan🤙🏾
