Our 1/2 mile long driveway opens up to our 5 acres cleared & wooded. We are huge on camping and traveling! We live on the property in the main house and have opened up our 2 bedroom cottage and a camper on its own site for guests. Our dream is to have our own mini campground with many options for travelers!

Our cozy cottage offers guest a quiet, peaceful getaway. The home can sleep 5-6 in its 2 bedrooms. (Queen tempurpedic in master, 2 twins in second bedroom, and pull out sofa in downstairs living area) Wood burning stove, Wifi, grill, fire pit, foosball table, and more. Relax on the screened back porch or hang out by the fire and star gaze.

Please note that the camper is right next to our house for hookup. We are a family style property with one other campsite and an Airbnb cottage. We have several golden retrievers and children. There's a chance we'll see eachother around but definitely do our best to give each site as much privacy as possible. The camper faces the woods and there's a grassy area designated for your private seating and fire pit. The Cozy Camper has everything you need for a glamping experience. Camper has 1 bedroom with camping king sized bed. Main area has full double bunks with privacy curtain. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and dinning, Linens, towels, soap, and shampoo are all supplied.

Campsite was great, very quiet and nicely wooded area with fire ring and picnic table. Nicer and homier than the pictures online look. Host was easy to communicate with and site had everything we needed for a weekend.

Eppler Pine Campsite

Had a great time! Site was in a large grassy area surrounded by a forest with ferns. We’re from AZ so ferns were a neat surprise. There was also a campfire circle with chairs around it. The parking area was nearly flat with a very compacted base. The owners have two goats that closely follow them around like grandkids. Also saw squirrels and a cottontail rabbit. Very quiet. If we’re in the area, we’ll certainly stop in again.

Rose had great communication and was very personable. The site remained clean and it was a very nice secluded section. We even had a place set up with a fireplace and all.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely adored it. The first night there, an owl swooped in and perched above us! The site is very private and in a good location close to Ashland. The firepit area is huge and includes a new picnic table. The entire space is lit by string lights and it’s so beautiful at night. Additionally, Rose is a wonderful host and made sure I had access to extra things I needed like laundry, and firewood, and her helpful hubby dumped my sewage for me. I plan on staying here again later in the summer.

Really great stay!

The Cozy Cottage

Rose was very welcoming and their listing was incredibly cozy and comfortable. It was perfect for a nice weekend getaway. The listing is in a nice, densely-wooded area, so it is very quiet and peaceful around the campfire in the evenings. The cottage was well-furnished and had everything we needed. I absolutely plan on coming back!
