Very pretty could see some stars, it wasn’t overly windy for going on a windy day. Neighbors drove by a few times but didn’t drive by after 8:30pm

Greg was very respectful & accommodating. We forgot to bring lawn chairs and he let us borrow some. The site was very scenic, and we enjoyed our stay & proximity to Shenandoah.

I enjoyed my short stay. It was clean and safe and exactly as described in the description. Greg was timely in his response to any questions and reached out the day before to provide more arrival info including places to eat in the town. I camped at site 4, so could hear the neighbor's dogs barking, but I am light sleeper, so if you're like me maybe bring ear plugs just in case. Overall, I highly recommend and if I am ever back out this way in the future, I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. Although we arrived after dark, our site was easy to find. We were able to see a beautiful sunrise the next morning that provided a great view of the mountain tops. We would definitely stay here again.

This site was perfect! Super close to the entrance to Shenandoah and the trees provided great insulation for the lower temperatures of October. Greg was lovely and keeps the porta potty really clean. Would totally come back.

Great spot. Surrounded by farm land and mountains. Plenty of space and the Host communicates well. Glad we stayed here instead in the Shenandoah campgrounds.

We loved camping here! The view was gorgeous, Greg was kind & hospitable. Area was peaceful and quiet. So close to Susquehana National Park. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful scenery, nature, and view of the mountain range. However the surveillance, bright floodlights, and whatever chaos is going on at the property next door is definitely a bit of a buzzkill.

This space is so beautiful! The fireflies, crickets, frogs, and Greg welcomed me when I arrived. The camp spots were spaced out nicely and nicely mowed. Thank you for the blackberries and tomatoes too!

Pros: It was really close to the location we need and it was fairly quiet, minus the distant barking dogs and peacocks.
Cons: portajohn needed a cleaning. Looks like it tipped over and the blue toilet paper was still all over the inside.

Close to town. Host had great communication. Sites are spread out a long the perimeter of the back of the property. There's trash and a porta potty onsite.

Beautiful views and very kind hosts! Land was perfect for tent camping and we have a very generously sized fire pit. We love watching both the sunset and sunrise over the mountains!

Greg had great communication with me. The site was clean and well marked. It is a beautiful site and I felt completely comfortable and safe. If you can get up early, don’t miss the gorgeous sun rise. The area is very peaceful and a great place to center and recharge. I will definitely return to this site.

The property is located in the Shenandoah Valley at the foot of Massanutten Mountain with a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge. It is located near the Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park. The property is dark and is a great place for star gazing. It is quiet except for the sound of US-33 in the distance and occasional trains passing by. We would recommend this location.

My group changed our plans last minute, so we weren't able to stay here. But Greg was very clear on the directions to get to his land and the rules of the site.
Next time we pass through, we plan on staying here.

My boyfriend and I loved tenting on Greg’s land! We stayed here to visit Shenandoah National Park for the weekend, and this property was a convenient 18 minutes to the Swift Run Gap entrance station. The views were incredible and he provided very clear directions to get to the camp site. There was a porta potty on site and garbage cans, as well as security cameras monitoring the property. We felt very safe camping there alongside a few other campers (we were all very well dispersed through the different sites, so we still felt secluded in a great way). Would 10/10 recommend and plan on coming back!

The surrounding views are beautiful but the site is right next to the neighborhoods house. The neighborhoods have a dog that barks a lot and a lot of junk in their yard. There is a port-a-potty which is nice. The communal firepit is not ideal. Overall, it met our needs for a last minute stay but didn’t really feel like camping.
