You could have the best of both worlds, a nice PRIVATE calm shady place to relax with Heat & AC, restroom, shower, swim & fish on the Bayside then pack up and head for a day at the beach which is right across FM 3005 about 4 blocks away... Bring your beach & fishing stuff! Self-contained campers, tents, dogs & kids are welcome. Water toys like kayaks and stand-up paddle boards are available for rent during your stay...
I call it the Boat Bin without the boat.... it is a 250 sq ft Shotgun Air Conditioned/Heated enclosure at ground level with a Microwave, toaster oven, griddle, BBQ pit, Frig, Shower, toilet, washer & dryer, coffee bar and room to pop up the 6 cots provided for sleeping. Not a large space but you will spend most of your time on the PRIVATE porch and PRIVATE pier fishing, kayaking, swimming, playing games, and enjoying the hammocks, swings & shaded tables the outdoors on the Bay provides. KID & DOG FRIENDLY. Self-contained campers, tents, boats, kayaks & paddle boards are welcome. BUT Kayaks & Paddle Boards are available for rent on location......
