This trip and evening was very spontaneous, location and realivity to blanco led us here and it was perfect. Firewood provided, perfect lighting within the well secured canvas tent and incense for the best intimate evening. Kasey was quick to respond to reservation to inform on requirements and explain the resources. This trip exposed and provided more than expected!!!

What a beautiful campground! We stayed in December at the Juniper campsite and it was secluded and just perfect! A greatly communicative host and everything just as described. We had a great night stargazing and enjoying the outdoors!

Juniper Campsite
Campsite was initially difficult to find, but after some help from Sarah, we found it easily. The walk to the site is very short. The campsite was beautiful, clean, and quiet. It was my son's first camping experience and soundground helped make that awesome for him. I would highly recommend any of the numerous sites that soundground has to offer. We are planning on coming back around the beginning of march

Awesome campsites that are cozy! Kasey was an excellent and responsive host. The campsite was exactly what we were looking for with the mix of glamping and camping. We were able to use the campfire and make s’mores while listening to music!

What a beautiful property! Kasey was so nice and showed us around, made sure we had plenty of wood, and made us feel right at home. The stars were bright and the tent was very comfortable! The bed in the tent was so nice and the sleeping pads she offered were great. The walking trail was really pretty in the morning too. It was very quiet and safe, we definitely recommend this site

Lovely stay at the yurt, we were lucky enough to get to watch an epic Texas lightning show from the comfort of the deck. Directions were clear and easy to find even in the dark. Bring lots of firewood (no collecting on site) and some instruments and enjoy the Hill Country ambience.

This was my second stay at this location and I choose a different campsite this time. The Juniper Site was convenient to get to, parking was super close, and it was just secluded enough to make me file right at home in nature and allow me to relax and recharge after a brutal work week. Directions and descriptions are spot-on and the host is always very responsive if you have any questions or concern. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future!

My partner and I pitched our tent at the Sotol campsite. It was a great view and a quiet, relaxing area w/ great sky viewing. Kasey was a communicative, great host. We would definitely recommend this site!

Kasey was really accommodating, helping when there was a little wind challenge on a VERy windy day. We really enjoyed the tent and the property with the little swing and kitty's running around. Composting toilet was easy and felt clean!

This was our first camping trip with 2 kids (age 5 and 2) and I couldn’t recommend this place more. Having a tend set up and ready made our trip focusing on enjoying nature with the littles so easy. Plenty of room inside for a couple sleeping pads so we could all bunk down together. There were several paths that wound through the land which was just enough to make it feel huge for my kids but without them getting too exhausted. The outhouse was also so clean and nice my son said he wished we had one at our house. Thanks for the fantastic memories!

Came on a week day and my kid and I were the only campers here, so it was extra peaceful and felt really safe to explore. The host introduced herself upon our arrival since I looked a little lost haha she was very kind. The place is feels somehow untouched though it’s well maintained, which I appreciated. Other than neighborhood dogs barking until the wee hours of the morning, which can’t be controlled, it was the perfect stay. Thanks Kasey!

I have not gone tent camping since my Boy Scout days nearly 35 years ago. This was the perfect place to ease back into it! The site was comfortable, private, and peaceful and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Kasey was very quick to answer any questions I had and all facilities and directions given were exactly as promised. Be sure to take note (it is in the description) that the Sotol site does involve walking down a somewhat rocky incline to get from parking to the site. This wasn't an issue, but my muscles were very angry at me for being so sedentary before this trip :-D. I would absolutely come back again, and I did walk by the other sites which also looked exactly as described and pictured. I also brought my little dachshund, Nicholas, with me and he loved walking around the trails and sniffing out all the nooks and crannies. I may try the Redbud site next time! Thank you to Kasey for making such a great place for my first foray back into camping!
