A beautiful ranch to enjoy tranquility. So green, a beautiful pond. Laundry on site too was a great thing to have access to on a long trip. Would love to come again if we come through that way again.

Awesome place! Very quiet and beautiful property. You felt safe the whole time with plenty of room and freedom to walk around and enjoy the pond, animals, and other things. The owners made us feel welcome from the second we arrived. Would definitely stay there again.

Joe was an awesome host. His Dad has a lot of good stories and was very helpful. The place is very clean and safe for families.

From the minute we arrived until the minute we pulled out. Joe did everything he could to make sure our stay was excellent. The site was perfect, it was level, and very clean. It was very picturesque as well.
The ranch is beautiful, I sat and watched the horse play in the green grass pasture as I drank my morning coffee, admiring the east Texas piney woods.
Mr King lives on property and helped Joe make sure our stay was well hosted. He even brought my us a batch of fresh made pear cobbler, which was amazing!!!
We will definitely be making this our special place to stay when we come out to visit our grandkids!!
Thank you Joe & Joe Sr, you are special people.
