The cabin was so clean and decorated so cute!! The pool was beautiful. The whole area was secluded and covered w big beautiful trees!! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming!! We will definitely be going back!

The staffs working there are very friendly and have offered lots of helps while we were there. Our dog was welcomed and treated like a queen. We had a good experiences walking around and go fishing and the BBQ grills there were very clean and east to set up fires. Therefore, we will definitely visit there again. By the way, the free coffees that were offered at the site are great!!!!!

Perfect place to get away. Clean, quiet, and quaint place away from the city and noise. Cabin was roomy, two beds, AC, fan, fridge, but no stove. They do have small bbq pits outside each cabin but they are small. No propane or open fires, so bring your own charcoal.
Great hiking around the area with a perfect small pond filled with bass for a perfect afternoon reeling them in.
They have a common area thats nice and have some pool tables to spend the time.
My “wish” list:
First, I would like open fire (wood pitts) outside our cabin. I didnt care to have to congratulate in the fire area right in front of the office.
The pitts provided outside the cabins are really small so cooking was time consuming as i could only cook one thing at a time.
Other than that i found it perfect.
I would recommend it for anyone wanting a quiet and secluded time off.
Oh, they are pet friendly which is a must! My well behaved dog was off leash and had no problems.

We really liked the privacy of the tiny house - everything was spread out enough. We also liked the access to the trails. We walked the trails but they'd be great for mountain biking too. The lake area was really beautiful, especially at sunset. We fished and caught few!!

I loved the Tiny Cabin experience! It was very clean and cozy. Directions were clear and all the cabins were labeled. We walked the trail around the property and the path was clear and clean.

The location was great for a getaway and very relaxing. Although there appeared to be some miscommunication issues with Hipcamp and the host, we were accommodated shortly after we arrived.

What a great place to stay! I had such a good time. I love how it was tucked away in the woods. The cabin was so cute and clean. There is so much space to move around outside; loved the lake and the gazeebo. I saw so many beautiful butterflies. I will be going back.

Paul's Tiny Home Cabin was a wonderful getaway spot for a group of young adults this past weekend. Paul answered my questions very quickly and was very helpful. When we got there, we were welcomed by Nikki, since Paul was out of town for the weekend, and she helped answer any last-minute questions that we had. Nikki was very accommodating, sweet, and had some of the sweetest pups ever. The tiny houses that we got were perfect, they have a small kitchen area, and each cabin had two king-size beds and the rooms had A/C (yay). One of the showers was a nice size, the other one was small, but we made it work (FYI there was a cute little shower outside each of the cabins that was just perfect!). It's far away from the city that at night time we were able to see some beautiful stars, it was amazing AND were treated to an awesome fireworks show hosted by the family. We had friends who had never gone camping so this was a nice introduction for them. The whole thing was amazing, we definitely plan on going back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s was beautiful, clean, and the workers were nice and welcoming. The rec room was a ton of fun along with the lake. Our only issue was the golf carts that you can rent. We had two different golf carts that both died on us. All I can say if you enjoy the outdoors but not staying in a tent this place is perfect . But beware of the golf carts.

I had a great stay at the ranch! Paul was very nice and accommodating. The property is beautiful and excellent for photography. I hope to stay again soon!

We were in cabin 13. My kids (11 and 13) had lots of fun exploring the property on a golf cart. There is a little lake, a bike trail and a rec building with pool table.
There are no campfires allowed at the cabins but there is a campfire down by the rec building. (About a 2 minute walk) There are also grills available to campers.
Pros: 45 minutes from Dallas
Beautiful wooded area
Lots to do
Great BBQ nearby
They have the absolute sweetest dogs
Clean
Staff and owner super nice
Cons: kids did not like the taste of the water so we ended up getting bottles for drinking
The railing on the stairs/ balcony does not have vertical supports. I would be nervous about having little kids here.
Overall: We liked it and will probably visit again.

I needed an escape and I found it! Best Day Ever Ranch was the Best Day Ever! The cabins are so cute and cozy! I had the most comfortable bed. So quiet and peaceful. Next time I will definitely paddle around Dream Lake and also bring my bike for the trails. Thanks again! I just love the smiley face saw blade signs and name!

We had the best time. The property is on a private ranch and is so beautiful, peaceful and safe, and the cabin was nice and very cozy. There was so much to do...hiking trails, a small lake, access to a rec room, and my grandsons loved playing the owner’s two dogs. Paul was a great host. He invited us to a bonfire one night, and brought us a fire pit on our second night. We will definitely go back!
