Beautiful off-grid cabin within walking distance of the Appalachian Trail. Sleeps 4. Nestled on the mountainside with plenty of privacy. The roomy loft has an extra-long bed, and the sofa and chair also fold down into beds. Power boxes and a generator provide electricity. A separate bathhouse includes a sink, composting toilet, and full-size shower. The property also features a creek with a picnic table and fire pit. The cabin is set on the side of the mountain, so while the path up is short (about 1/10 of a mile), it is steep in parts.

This cabin is approximately 300 sq ft including the loft. Plus a separate bathhouse with sink, toilet and shower. There are power boxes and a generator for electricity. Large porch for lounging. This is the only property on a 4.2 acre property so there is plenty of privacy. There is a large creek with a picnic table and fire pit.

The location ended up being great for us because we wanted something near the Appalachian Trail to hunt for some mushrooms and then we wanted something near Hot Springs as well it’s only about 23 minutes from Hot Springs so it totally met our needs

This place is definitely a hippie hideaway right of the mtn road. It's very peaceful with the sounds of the creek that runs right by the property. Even though it's just off the road there's very little traffic and even with other cabins in the area it's still feels secluded and private. Nichole the land owner is nice and a attentive host. So if you looking for a quite get away for a few days do yourself a favor and check the hippie hideaway out you won't be disappointed.

Not a far drive from Asheville, close to Greenville. Quiet and peaceful out there. Loved playing in the creek.
