Welcome to Camp Towhee near Fall Creek Falls State Park. This private, standalone RV site is your peaceful base camp just down the road from one of Tennessee’s most beautiful outdoor destinations. This spacious full-hookup RV site was designed to give you the comfort you want without taking away from the experience you came for. The site is 65 feet long and 20 feet wide, making it ideal for larger rigs with plenty of room to settle in. You’ll have full hookups, including 50-, 30-, and 20-amp electric, along with Wi-Fi, water, and sewer for an easy, stress-free stay. After a day of exploring waterfalls, hiking trails, or simply enjoying the quiet, come back and relax around the fire pit. A picnic table and charcoal grill are provided, making it easy to enjoy a simple meal outdoors and unwind in the evening. A very nice shaded RV site with full hookups in the woods. The fire pit and picnic table was great to have to use. A great base camp for adventures at Fall Creek Falls State Park and Savage Gulf State Park. Gage provided great communication and information to assist with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Camp Towhee Full Hookup RV site in Dunlap, TN! The site was clean, spacious, and perfectly set up with reliable water, electric, and sewer connections, a firepit, and a small bundle of wood and firestarter to get us started. There was WIFI, and although it wasn't strong enough to work when I needed to (i just hot spotted off my phone), it kept us connected and helped when we were planning our hikes for the next day. Everything worked exactly as it should. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a great spot to relax and unwind. It was close to Savage Gulf State Park, Fall Creek Falls State Park and many other wonderful hiking spots. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear they take pride in creating a welcoming environment for their guests. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-equipped RV spot in the Dunlap area, this is definitely one to check out. Note: There is not much traffic on Stooping Hill Road, but we did have to cross both lanes to back into the RV spot. We have a 40 foot bumper pull and due to the angle of the site and smallish driveway, it was challenging to maneuver into position. It took us multiple attempts, including turning the truck and camper around down the road and coming in from the other direction. It is doable but I just wanted to provide a warning for anyone fairly new to pulling a bumper pull trailer as big as ours.
