Welcome! If you’re looking for a quiet place to tent camp, look no further. We have tent camping available on 2 acres of land equipped with your own fire pit, surrounded by beautiful trees. We are a half mile walk from hiking at Palisades State Park and a two mile drive to 3 other parks. This is a great base camp for all the wonderful parks in the area. Close to the main property but secluded and quiet. It is a little sloped but we camped with an air mattress and it wasn’t a problem at all. There’s a trash can on site and that was super convenient! There is a shooting range nearby so you can hear that during the day but it wasn’t a problem. I’d pick this over the campsites at the state and county parks we saw in the area any day.

We had a wonderful time staying at Heidi’s secluded yet very accessible camp site. It had everything we needed for a night in the woods while being just off of a very quiet road.

Private, perfect overnight stop. Good communication and easy to get to. Simple, but tidy with trash and a picnic table.
