First time campers at Wildlife Haven and hopefully it won't be the last time. What a place! Absolutely loved our two night stay, and my little Frenchie made a new best friend in the owner's horse! Alison was so lovely and helpful. Thank you again!

A beautiful property, so serene. It was amazing to be able to bring our dogs and have them off-leash!
The hosts were lovely and even allowed us to borrow their grinder when we had an issue with our camper trailer that needed fixing.

Beautiful spot with plenty of shade. The property terrain allowed for privacy from other campers which is what we were after. We had a really lovely time, thank you Russell & Alison!

Rocky outcrop with views and space
We loved the space where we could set up four campers away from others. We had lovely views of the surrounding farmland and hills. The fireplace was terrific for warmth and cooking. It was a great place to take our dogs.

Lovely campground that feels secluded whilst being easily accessible for a quick getaway. Lots of space between sites. Russell was super helpful and friendly.
Only (slight) negative is the drop toilet was unusually pungent.

Self-Contained Caravan (Sleeps 2)
The caravan was well appointed with all the little extras you may forget like shampoo, tissues and in the kitchen cling wrap. A coffee pod brewer and pods. The bed was made ready for use and very comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed sitting by the campfire and listening to music via the vans outdoor speakers to watch the sunset. A very relaxing location situated on the farm land with freshly mowed so nice not having dust or mud underfoot when it did eventually rained. Would highly recommend and plan on going again. Close to the quaint little country towns like Riverton or nearby Clare Valley wine district.

Hard to beat camping
We really enjoyed our stay in our Campervan . Peaceful,quiet,relaxing and how’s the serenity! We had the best campfire and enjoyed the ebike ride around the beautiful hills .
Would love to come back soon.

This was the first time using Hipcamps and certainly wont be the last. The location and view was amazing. Extremely clean long drop and very friendly kelpie. Highly recommend indeed. Amazing place and will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful location, plenty of space for kids to play. Our kelpie loved playing with resident kelpie, Kelly. Great to be able to have firewood delivered as we ran low. Thanks Alison & Russell for a great relaxing weekend. We’ll definitely be back.

Russell and Alison’s property was amazing to camp on. We traveled in a motorhome and it was easy to find a spot and settle in to the beautiful scenery. Their dog Kelly was an added bonus. Russell greeted us and supplied us with a huge amount of fire wood. Thanks again for the wine😉
