Single-family home in a safe and desirable community, offering a convenient place to park your vehicle. My home is just 300 feet from Indian Avenue, which Condé Nast named one of the most scenic drives in New England. It’s also a short bike ride to several beaches, including Second Beach and Third Beach, both about 2 miles away. Bring your portable toilet and relax in a cozy, peaceful, and quiet environment. Whether you’re visiting for the Folk Festival, Jazz Festival, the Newport Mansions, sailing, birdwatching, or beach fun, you’ll be just a 5–15 minute drive or bike ride from the main attractions on Aquidneck Island.Parking spot in front of my home.
