We are a working cattle property with extensive permaculture inspired production gardens. Our goals are towards regenerating the land and being as self sufficient and organic in production as possible. We encourage you leave lasting marks on the farm by being apart of our regeneration, self sufficient projects, we provide the first hand experiences to our farming lifestyle and volunteer our knowledge to encourage everyone to do their part to a more sustainable future. Situated 15 minutes from the North Queensland town of Tully, on record as being the wettest places in Queensland. We also encourage you to explore our 350 acres of bushland, rainforest and open grasslands or used us as a base to explore the surrounding environment including the stunning Tully Gorge National Park or the beautiful Mission Beach and Dunk Island or just chill out and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding farmland. Our campsites have near 300-degree views of the surrounding Tully Valley, down private gullies or open grasslands. Other options in the area include sky diving, white water rafting, bush or coastal walking, swimming in pristine fresh or saltwater or star gazing this region has it all. Pets are welcome but must be under control at all times. We have a passion for the environment, agriculture and reducing the amount of waste created by humans, we try to reuse and repurposing as much of our own and others waste as possible. You can follow our progress to transform our farm on the Facebook page Clearview - Tully. We are fully off-grid, so you will need to be fully self-contained, a dump point and laundry mat is available in Tully if required. Campfires permitted.

Sensational experience! A must see.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Couldn't recommend Clearview any higher. Hosts were amazing. Such a beautiful location. Was wet went we arrived, locking in 4x4 to make our way up the driveway. We tent camped at Top View, utilising our vehicle awnings for cover form the weather. Views in every direction. Despite the weather, campground area was hard, grassy and free from mud etc. Weather cleared overnight to reveal a star lit sky. We took our own firewood due to the wet weather. We didn't want to miss our chance to sit at the top of the hill, 360 degree views, under the stars, dogs by our side around a campfire.

Clearview - Valley Views
Better views hard to find.
Loved the total privacy and isolation. The track in is a bit rough so you need to take it easy. A lower on road van may not handle a couple of the bumps. Beautiful views from every aspect.

Clearview - Valley Views
Such a great spot to camp overlooking the valleys. Several camp sites to choose from and Katie was a great host checking in on us when we arrived. Definitely need a 4wd and off-road caravan to enter the property. You’ll need to like cows and dogs to stay here as it’s a real country farm stay.

Clearview - Valley Views
A beautiful location to escape from the lights and noise of the city. Katie and the family were very welcoming and the boys enjoyed spending time with them and the animals. The cattle and horses around the site were a welcome change but also kept their distance. Be mindful their dogs are curious (but friendly) and do enter your camp if planning to bring your own pets. We did give them gently guidance to move along at times however the kids would have taken them to bed if allowed 😂 Remember it is a working farm, and comes with everything involving animals. But with that also comes the beauty of this location. It reminded us that the quiet escape was exactly what we needed.

Lovely part of the world.
Beautiful part of the world, even if a bit wet. Definitely need high clearance 4wd to get to the top views camp site in the rain. Hosts were lovely. Would definitely stay again. 👌

Clearview - Down The Dam
Stunningly exceptional
Exceptional, tidy, stunning! We booked the dam site, and we’re lucky enough to be able to swap for the second night to a higher spot just near the dam, but both locations were so beautiful. The cows were so friendly and the cutest potty calf’s wandering around the site! The access is definitely 4WD, nothing crazy, just slipper and rough, incredible views from all directions! We will absolutely be back for sure! Couldn’t recommend it more highly!
