Lovely, pet-friendly RV site with full hookups, located just 3 miles from the University of Oregon and nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on the river side of River Road. Bring your bike and ride the beautiful Ruth Bascom Riverbank Path to Valley River Center, the Owen Rose Garden, Delta Ponds, Alton Baker Park, 5th Street Public Market, or the Autzen & UO campus! Access to the backyard garden, propane fire pit, wood-burning fire pit, and BBQ area & a hot tub* is available for an additional fee with advance communication. Use our large gate or garden gate for access to an additional 0.25-acre fenced backyard where your furry friend can run and play of a leash, available upon request with advance communication. We have a dog on the property & can close his doggy door. Off leash. We have a dog named Wally. Please let us know if your dog will be off a leash in the backyard or garden area. We can close his dog door during that time if you want when given notice. Otherwise he has the ability to go in and out of the house to backyard/garden area. Your Hip Camp area is fenced off from those areas.

Great place for Eugene urban camping!! Clean and well - provisioned with full hookups. Wally was a big sweet baby and although we did not use all the amenities, they were thoughtfully provided

Barbie‘s place was perfect for our visit to our friends that lived in the city of Eugene. Her house is central in a neighborhood that is very quiet. Although we didn’t need any hook ups for our van, it was set up for anybody that needs power water and waste water. The backyard was a great entertainment place. As a host she greeted us and was very friendly. We had a great time.

Brandy and Lee are great hosts and have made an incredible hide away in the middle of town. Parked our RV there and it’s safe, dark and quiet. We will stay again!

Barbie’s was a perfect spot! We were only there for a night to go to a show in town and wish we had arrived earlier to use her wonderful amenities. We felt perfectly safe and private. Highly recommend! :)

Perfect location near River

Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect, just a block off the beautiful river trail that you can bike or walk all over Eugene. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The space is brand new and spacious with all the amenities you need. There’s a large, beautiful backyard space that you have access to. We can’t wait to return!
