Brand new, spacious, 32' modern RV! The 263Bhxl is perfect for family travels. The rear features two oversized bunks for the kids, with plenty of space to stretch out. The grown-ups will sleep soundly in the front queen bedroom, which includes hanging closets and under-bed Stow N Go Storage. The living area includes panoramic windows and the Versa-Lounge. The kitchen provides a 11 CU. FT. refrigerator and Tons of storage. Great camper for beginners. Full shower and toilet, microwave, oven range, refrigerator inside and outside. Also a cooking griddle connected outside of the trailer. This unit has 13,500 BTU A/C/Heat, electric fireplace, blackout shades, 15Ft awning, 1 slideout, and 2 entry doors. This RV is equipped with a 32 inch smart TV. Keurig Coffee maker, toilet paper, paper towels, plastic silverware, and pans are provided. Bed linens are provided. This trailer comfortably sleeps 8 people 10 people with a little snuggling. The only thing you need to bring is your pillows and towels. We take our Aussidor(Gunner) on our trips, so well behaved fur babies are welcome. Absolutely NO smoking(anything) allowed. We ask that you treat it with care. It literally has been on two trips since we bought it. You can still smell the newness! Trailer must be clean, trash removed before leaving.

This space also includes a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig with coffee pods, sugar and creamer. Each DazeOFF Suite has it's own personal backyard. We are just 2 miles from beautiful Lake Texoma, known as the striper capital of the world. Guests may want to book a fishing charter, rent a boat or jetski. The sandy islands are a short boat ride from Buncombe Creek Marina or you may want to enjoy the private stocked pond just steps from the covered porch. Outside amenities include a large stocked pond, charcoal grill (charcoal not included), Cuisinart Electric Grill, picnic tables, lighted horseshoe pit, and a fire pit.

2022 Modern RV

Good communication from the host! Peaceful, relaxing location. No wifi in the rental RV, but pretty good cell coverage. I had some work to catch up on, but could use my phone as a hotspot and was still able to spend some time contemplating the jetski in the middle of the catch-and-release pond!

Beautiful property Well groomed, safe gated community. The pond with Fountain are very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again
