Had a great stay here for a week. Campsite looks like the photos and in pristine condition. Good location to access the Blue Ridge Parkway, Maggie Valley, Cherokee, Ashville and many waterfalls. Although there are some dogs barking off in the distance they quiet down at night and never disturbed my sleep. And the owner, Marc and his son were great.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Unknown Ridge. It's name in many ways reflects the level of seclusion of this single site. Mark has done an incredible job laying out the site, the stone patio with chairs and gas firepit are beautiful and relaxing. The quality info board at the site was also a pleasant surprise. This is the ideal place to "get away from it all" and "disconnect". Will definitely be back if our travels bring us through the area.

Absolutely beautiful! This place was just what we needed. Very private, exceptionally clean, beautiful scenery, cozy and very nice and attentive hosts. It’s the perfect place to come home to after a full day of exploring the surrounding towns. We will definitely be back!
