Excellent swimming and cozy cabin

I had a wonderful experience staying at this cabin. The land is breathtaking. The waterfall was everything I could’ve asked for on my birthday for fun swimming adventures. The cabin was clean and cozy. Loved using the solar shower bags under the full moon for an additional cold plunge indulgence. Diner nearby makes a mean strawberry shortcake with biscuits. Awesome farmers market. Stay here-you will love it!

This was perfect! Everything was as stated. I just packed like I would for a camping trip and was pleased. Even the trail to the waterfall was pretty easy even with the leaves.

Overall good experience. I would have to say that not all the kitchen equipment thats seen on the photos are not there. For the shower situation, you can definitely see cars and trucks from the road, so they can probably see you too. Definitely bring your own Lanterns and flashlights! I loved the mosquito net and the bed is quiet comfortable! Also the different firepits!

Great site close to a waterfall

Great spot for a camp. The deck was massive, it’s bigger than it looks in the photos. There’s a firepit with a handy adjustable grill grate to make cooking over the fire really easy. There’s a clean portapotty nearby. The red barn is a short walk or 30 second drive up the road with a dishwashing washing station, drinking water with large jugs available to fill, fridge, microwave, Mr coffee maker and outlets for charging devices. There were also a few camping showers (a bag with a shower nozzle on the end) that we filled with a few gallons of water and used in the morning to shower back at the deck site. The biggest draw for this site is the proximity to Bouck’s Falls. It’s a 5 min walk from the campsite down to the river and then another 10 mins hiking upstream to the falls. Absolutely stunning place for a swim. We visited on a warm early October day and the water was chilly but very refreshing. We were the only people there which felt really special. 10/10 would recommend this site. We’ll be staying here again.

Overall a nice stay. Cabin was clean and the bed was comfortable! Hosts were very welcoming and gave a lot of great recommendations for things to do in the area. Firepit and grill were great! The waterfall is also beautiful and not too hard to access! You cannot drive directly to the cabin, you carry your supplies down a hill. Porta-potty is also up the hill, where the communal space is (which is a small room in bottom of a barn).

Loved the area, my dog ran free the entire time as there was pretty much no one around. There were some dogs nearby howling all through the night and it was a bit hard to sleep because my dog kept growling/barking in defense. Otherwise, a lovely stay.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Everything was perfect! The waterfall was stunning and a fun scramble to get to. The water was quite chilly as it was the last week of September, but we still went for a swim and it was a great spot with plenty of room. Have a good swi. The cabin is adorable, and the bed was so comfortable. The deck was really nice for doing yoga on and the fire pit set up was lovely.. We took a little hike that was about 10 minutes away that had beautiful views and stopped at a farm stand that had tons of beautiful produce and delicious treats. We could have easily bought all the food we needed for the weekend at that one farm stand. The site was very private and a very short walk from the car to the site. It was a perfect weekend getaway!

We celebrated my daughter's 15th birthday here and we all had such an amazing time! The house was perfect for relaxing. Everything you could possibly need was at the ready for us. We did a few hikes and went to a waterfall. Amazing time.

Took my two daughters for the weekend. The cabin was very well maintained, was clean, comfortable and had plenty of light at night. The picnic table, fire pit and campfire area outside were fantastic during night time and breakfast. Most importantly - the short hike to the waterfall was a wonderful early morning adventure.

Amazing camping weekend!

My wife and I had an amazing experience camping on Amy’s land. Our campsite was clean and directions were easy to follow. The walk to the waterfall was beautiful and had a few swimming holes. Our dog loved exploring and being at camp relaxing. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be booking another stay here!

So peaceful and beautifully designed. The cabin was immaculate and the grounds were just as perfect. I had everything I needed and it was so fun having the neighbor’s cat nearby as a feline companion 🩷 I’d love to come back someday when it’s warmer so I can do more waterfall swimming!

The cabins and sites are well maintained with many amenities, and conveniently located to local farm stands and things to do. The gorge and sacred waterfall are truly a special place to spend the day surrounded with afternoon. This was my 2nd stay here and would absolutely return again!

What a wonderful stay! the location was so so peaceful and the waterfall was absolutely beautiful and serene. The landscape was gorgeous and we really enjoyed the Vromans Noise Loop trail -- a must-see --that offered stunning views of the valley below. The cabin was clean and well maintained (the bed was super comfy), and the rustic community room area was great for 'as-needed' supplies, like cooking pans, a coffee maker, and a place to wash the dishes . We felt like we were the only ones there in a very lush natural setting. Looking forward to returning!!! highly recommended.

The spot was very beautiful, and well taken care of. We liked the lifted platform as it kept us a little bit warmer at night. The waterfall was stunning - truly majestic - it is a short, (albeit very steep) hike down. Follow the host's directions carefully, as I stepped into the clay bank and sank 3 feet :) We haven't had much rain lately, so the waterfall was fairly dried out, but still worth the trekk to admire the natural beauty. We enjoyed our stay here and would certainly consider returning!

Perfect trip!

What an absolutely amazing place! Communication with Amy was perfect leading up to our stay and getting there was very easy. My son and I were so, so impressed with the cabin and the little area around it. We had everything we could have needed between the cabin and community room. The hike to the falls is tough (watch out for spots of clay in the river...they steal shoes! lol) but so, so worth it. One of the highlights of our trip was the visit from the sweet little cat that came while we were packing up, We will definitely be back!

Forest Cabin Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy’s Forest cabin. The cabin itself was super cozy and the bed was comfortable. My husband and I enjoy the feeling of being in nature while still having a bed to sleep on, so this was perfect for us. The campsite was very private and access to the waterfall was definitely a highlight. We will be back!

A Beautiful Getaway

The cabin was so cute and a perfect getaway for me and my partner. Any was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. We spent our time relaxing and swimming down at the falls and all I can say is that it is truly an enchanting place. The host was so right about the hike down, it requires a lot of careful movement and I did in fact take her advice and slide down on my backside down some of the VERY steep parts of the path. If you are a strong and confident hiker, you’ll enjoy the trip down to the falls for sure! Thank you for the beautiful place to rest! We can’t wait to visit again!
