Stay on a working flower farm and apiary, with camping available in the back of the property. Enjoy a mix of cleared meadows, open grasslands, and a small pine forest, with wandering trails where you can experience the local flora and fauna. We're just a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Lake Erie, 5 minutes from historic Fredonia, and 10 minutes from Lily Dale. Enjoy the uncrowded, peaceful charm of a Chautauqua County summer! Our place is your chance to unplug, go off-grid, and simply do your own thing.Park and pack out right alongside this cute 1965 Winnebago, can comfortably sleep 2 (beds fold down), a tent may be pitched outside for additional people. Wander our 8 acre flower farm, it's so peaceful here! You will hear lots of birds, there are fireflies, dragonflies, butterflies, and frogs depending on the summer week. There is a fire pit, badminton net, and a few low key trails cut around the property; off site we are a 15 minute drive from uncrowded Lake Erie beaches, a 10 minute drive from Lily Dale, and a very beautiful 35 minute drive from many wineries and also Chautauqua Institute and Lake. Charming historic Fredonia is 5 minutes down the road, lots of restaurants, shops, and bars. No running water and no electricity, but there is cell reception (no wifi) and a tidy outhouse. I provide a few gallons of water for washing, you must bring your own to drink. There is a mini fridge you can keep cool with ice packs. **There is a small bee yard onsite, they will not bother you if you don't bother them. You can walk past the beeyard safely to walk the forest loop. Guests interested in a suited beekeeping workshop may add on for $50, the workshop is about 1 hour. Suit, veil, and gloves provided, you must wear closed toe shoes.
