Located approximately 22 to 38 miles outside of Deming, the terrain is flat with native grasses and desert scrub. Luna County has three mountain ranges visible from the subdivision: Cooke's Range to the north, the Florida Mountains to the west (reaching 7,000 feet), and the Tres Hermanas Mountains to the southwest. The subdivision is surrounded by thousands of acres of public land, which limits nearby development and keeps the area open. There are no structures on the parcel; this is fully off-grid land with no electricity, water, or sewer available.
