We are located off of a dirt road, perfect for walks and bike rides, but close to Santa's Village and hiking trails. We'd like to share our field and the natural beauty where we grew up with you. We have three areas available, including a space for an RV up to 24 feet or travel trailer up to 22 feet, and 2 other smaller sites perfect for a tent. Owner also has her own vintage camper set up on the property near the house. The sites have fruit trees, berries and natural beauty in abundance. We think this is a lovely location to enjoy nature's beauty in the heart of the White Mountains.

Located at the edge of a mowed field, this area is perfect for tent camping. We call it The Meadow due to the wild flowers that grow there when not mowed. It has what we refer to a picnic rock as a natural table or place to sit and enjoy nature. Nestled behind a row of fruit trees, The Meadow is a lovely location to enjoy nature's beauty in the heart of the White Mountains. Because there is a slight hill to access this site, which can be a bit slippery when wet, we recommend an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle if parking down at the site. We have created a parking spot at the entrance to the property if you have 2WD where you can park your car and walk down.

Located beside apple and pear trees, this area is perfect for tent camping. Nestled behind a row of fruit trees, the orchard is a lovely location to enjoy nature's beauty in the heart of the White Mountains. Because there is a slight hill to access this site, which can be a bit slippery when wet, we recommend an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle. We have created a parking spot at the entrance to the property where you can park your car and walk down, if you have any doubts.

Views of fruit trees, berries and a quiet road to walk or bike on, we think this is a lovely location to enjoy nature's beauty in the heart of the White Mountains. Water is available from a hose on site. 15 amp power available for an extra charge.

Retro Camper Site

This site is located above the house. It also boosts the best view of the presidential range! Our Riverside Retro camper is usually parked here, but since we are heading out for a trip next weekend, we are moving it closer to the house to begin to load. This means the site is available for others to use. Pier One outdoor furniture, an outdoor table and fire pit with seating makes this a spot where all you need to do is drive up and park to enjoy!

The Upper Field
This spot was just what I was looking for as I explored the Mt. Washington area. I was able to hang my hammock in the trees and the area worked well to park my car (where I slept). If the spots were filled, campers would be much closer together but it was good with just 2 groups. I would stay there again if I were in the area! (Wear bug spray, I did not!)

I had such a wonderful experience at Kristen’s land. She was an incredibly kind and flexible host, giving clear and helpful instructions that made everything easy. Her property is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by peaceful nature that instantly makes you feel relaxed. It was so calm and quiet that I don’t remember ever sleeping so well outdoors. Truly a special spot I’d love to come back!

We loved camping here! Kristen was so kind and welcoming, and her field was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and stargazing. It was the perfect place to stay before an early hike the next morning.

Family weekend getaway
The Retro Camper
The Retro Camper was a great stay. Absolutely beautiful location. Views of the Presis , including Mt Washington. This is a small camper, little tight for 3 adults, but that made it cozy. Outdoor area was great, chiminea and plenty of seating. Kristin is an amazing host. She provided a few basic supplies- coffee, condiments, an outdoor grill. Very attentive to any requests. Few complications with the water and power. As soon as I told her about it everything was fixed right way.Would definitely love staying there again.

A Wonderful Night at the Meadow

What a lovely experience! The fruit trees were a nice protection from the rains we had during the night, and the tiki torch and fire pit were wonderful additions! Very easy to access from most of the White Mountains area, and Kristen could not have been a more welcoming host. Even with another duo of campers on the property, there was plenty of space to have our own solitude. Would 100% camp her again!!

We felt so at home at Kristen’s property. She went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. She’s extremely friendly and knowledgable about the area when asked about suggestions for hiking. Easy to find location and ideal for some great hikes. We would recommend this camping site.
