My dogs and I had a great time staying at Wits end! We weren't there long, justba quick overnight. Jennifer was quick to reply and helpful. The only problem is, after leaving I started noticing tons of tiny ticks crawling on me and had to stop and spend about an hour trying to get rid of them all. I had read another review that mentioned them so I had even sprayed some natural repellent but they apparently are quite bad around there. Just be prepared. The peace and quiet, along with sunrise were fantastic!

This place was perfect for me to relax and my dog to run around and smell everything! There was a great view of the sunset and we were serenaded by so many birds, frogs, and even an owl near our camp at night. I normally camp in backcountry areas with many rocks and roots so the grass felt like luxury to sleep on. Love how close this is to KC, perfect for a quick getaway!

Enjoyed our stay! Easy to find, huge meadow to choose campsite. There is a fire ring to use. Parts of the wooded areas were heavy with ticks, be careful! Small pond to try fishing. Quiet area.

It's a beautiful campsite, nice and private with a large variety of wildlife and even farm animals nearby to see. Well worth the trip.

Place was great, we camped down by the tree line. Time we got there it was shaded, which made it cooler. Easy to find and a great one night stop when traveling.

Our stay was great. The host had her directions and rules laid out on the website nice and plain. Great site off the beaten path with lots of space. Very rustic, but that's what we were looking for. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again if we get back around the area.

I did winter tent camping here. It was very quiet and easy to find a spot. I was the only camper. There is a large field to set up a tent and a few area with some trees.

Beautiful, peaceful meadow. It’s a huge property and great if you want to camp in a secluded area and have all your own gear, water, etc. The morning view of the meadow in the fog was beautiful. Great for a dog and running around as well.

The property was gorgeous and exactly as described. My buddy and I had great time relaxing with our dogs - plenty of room for us to walk and run in the pasture. And beautiful sunsets and stars each night.

Was able to park my skoolie up on the hill for a good view of the sunset. Quiet and peaceful and not far from town. Primative site but well worth hauling trash out.

This was a great little spot in the middle of nowhere - perfect for my dogs and I. My dogs had fun running around the grassy hills and playing in the pond while I didn’t have to worry about other people or animals running up on them. It was a beautiful spot and you can set up camp anywhere on the property!

Incredibly quiet setting, just a local road past the property with camping across the field down by the woods. I stayed out in the open with my camper van because of predicted thunderstorms and woke up to spring birds including the enchanting Meadowlarks. Jennifer is very accommodating and delightful! Hope to be back soon:)

It was perfect for us! We arrived late at night so didn't get to see the beauty until the morning. We were greeted in the morning with about 15 deer in the field. It was quiet. We will definitely be back when we are on the HWY 35 trek. Thank you for sharing your property with us.
