Welcome to our little piece of country life! 🐴🌾 We're a friendly, laid-back working horse farm offering a peaceful getaway for campers, RV travelers, and those traveling with horses. Whether you're stopping for the night or staying awhile, we want you to feel right at home! We offer 30-amp and 110 electric hookups, water access, free Wi-Fi, and dry camping. Our horse facilities include seven 12x14 stalls with fans, a 40x40 paddock, and a 120x100 outdoor arena. Enjoy horseback riding, trail rides, farm tours, and hands-on experiences with our horses. Trails are accessible right off the property, with state parks nearby for hiking and riding. A nearby lake offers swimming and a dock for relaxing. Share your stay with our horses, German Shepherds, cats, and chickens! Farm-fresh eggs, T-shirts, and black-and-white canvas photography are available for purchase. Our farm is also home to Paws for Hearts CoMo, our service dog program supporting disabled veterans, children with disabilities, and others in need. Your stay helps support our mission of changing lives, one paw at a time. 🐾❤️ We respect your privacy but are always happy to share a little farm life. Reservations are required, especially during our busy spring-through-fall season. Come as guests, leave as friends! 💜

Parking areas between 2 beautiful trees create the perfect amount of shade for those who do not get the 30 amp, we can run an extension cord for a 110amp. It's situated right next to our 40x40 horse paddock.

This host tried to upcharge me in cash upon arrival for everything they could think of. They wanted me to pay extra for my arrival time, use of water or power which I didn’t need as I have a battery and no water hookup or bathroom. They wanted me to pay outside the app or get me to leave. I them this went against HipCamp policy. Then She tried to change her policy to get me to pay extra after the fact. I would not reccomend this host to anyone. So much hassle and wanting you to pay extra!!!!

We were unable to make it but I didn’t see an option to cancel. Didn’t mind paying since we didn’t know we wouldn’t be able to make it until very late in the day. The system needs to provide a method to cancel, even if no refund is available. May already exist and I missed it.

Unfortunately we picked a very rainy wet time to camp here but with that said we never had any worries about getting stuck anywhere we had to get to!!! Amanda’s son met us upon arrival and was very sweet to help guide us into our spot! While we never meet Amanda face to face she was very good about communication and answering any of our questions quickly! We were mainly only there to sleep as we were away visiting family during the day. This spot worked out perfect for our needs!!

Nice people, a step back in time via country farm location. Keep an eye on the owners multiple dogs. I has 2 of them run straight at my dog and I but thankfully nothing happened,

CHICKENS! SO MANY CHICKENS!!! They were awesome, and the horses were great. Nice folks, and the site is nothing fancy to look at, but a great place to stay. Allowed for our doggos to play off leash and got to pet their nice GSDs.

Lovely family, a truly staggering number of chickens and all the horses are extremely, extremely polite and friendly. Loved that when we parked, there was a lovely horse immediately in view of our front window and the zoom class I had was made that much better with the singing of roosters! The farm-fresh eggs are well worth it, you get a mixed set of all colors: don't miss! Worth noting that the site can be muddy if it's rainy - it's right next to the barn and is typical of a barnyard - but we didn't find that to be a problem. It's nice and level and we had no difficulty getting in or out.
