First the camping, then the stables and finally a BNB. I'm a union member and veteran. My property caretaker is also a veteran. Please come for a visit, enjoy our hospitality and leave recharged. I now have Starlink available through wireless access points and a Wifi6 network for those that need connectivity.

I loved visiting this campground. Ron was very, very helpful. It was so peaceful and beautiful at the same time.

Great place to stay. Safe and secure. Gated, well-maintained, beautiful property. Felt very safe. Stay was the peaceful respite that I needed after a long day of driving. Ron, the caretaker, was a wonderful, welcoming host. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if traveling through the area.

The property was quiet and secure, the additional fee for bathroom use, was a waste of money. Couldn’t figure out how to get hot water from shower, floor in shower was very SLICK, dangerous, and no curtain on bathroom window, zero privacy, so bring a curtain and a rubber mat for the shower.

We enjoyed this property 😀 We stop for the night on our way to Arizona. It was our first hipcamp booking experience. It was fenomenal. This property is simply paradise. We added the extra and enjoyed the common area where we had dinner in company of a sweet friendly cat. Ron was exceptionally helpful and kind. All facilties were clean.

Great experience! Beautiful piece of property. The property manager was very helpful with anything I needed. They are the best host ever. The entrance to the drive is about 70 yards past where phone maps take you. Thanks very much for sharing your great property with us all. Greg

Check in instructions were to meet with host upon arrival however no one was there when we got there. Messaged host and he said someone should be there. We looked around for the hook ups and didn’t see any. We left to try to find another place to stay for the night. Host has refused to provide a refund stating we didn't wait around long enough for someone to show up.

This hip camp is a beautiful property about 40 min from Jackson and 30 minutes from Vicksburg. It is very peaceful and the roads getting there are fine. The property is not formally set up for RV’s. We had to drive over grass to get to the site and needed extensions for everything to reach the hook ups. The site is right next to the house so it feels like camping in someone’s yard. The caretaker is great and very helpful. He was able to provide us the extension s needed for the water and the sewer. He also provided us with a fire pit which was really nice. Although our experience was good you might have problems if the ground was saturated getting in or out. It is our understanding that this is a new camp and hopefully they continue to improve the sites and access for rv’s. For tent camping it would great.

This is a gorgeous spot and has great potential. They aren't fully ready for a lot of guests yet, since they are figuring out the logistics of running the campsite. If they make a bunch of improvements (some small things here and there, but things that matter), that they are aware of, it will be excellent.
