Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home at some sites—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
We live on a 10 acre property with many mature trees and a walking path cut through the middle. We do not have any farm animals but there are some in area so the normal farm smells blow through on occasion. We have a 7 hole disc golf course on the property. We have six 30 amp/110 electric hook ups and 2 water hook ups. There is plenty of room to play yard games. The historic Dodd Ford bridge just 3 miles away. The small town of Amboy is just 4 miles away. There is a Casey's gas station and Dollar General in town and a couple different other dining options. The stars are amazing at night out here.

This site has a Motorhome for you to stay in. It has a master bedroom that will sleep 2 people. The living room has a pull out couch that could sleep 1 - 2 people. There is also a jackknife couch that could sleep 1 small person or child. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare food. The unit will have running water and bathroom use. This unit does have 2 Air Conditioning units however only the rear unit in the master bedroom is working but it does a pretty good job keeping the whole unit cool with the help of a fan.

Hosts Jessica & Tim were gracious & kind. Lots of room for our dog to play ball. Peaceful, secluded, beautiful sunset over the farm fields. Glad our hosts suggested a visit to the Dodd Ford Bridge nearby!

This is the 2nd time that we stayed here on our way out west. It is peaceful & quiet. Her property has some space which was nice for our dog. The stars were bright & beautiful that night! I would stay here again & highly recommend Jessica’s land!

Marks the Spot, Hit the spot!!! We loved EVERYTHING!! Jessica, her husband Tim, and family we more than accommodating! The sites were gorgeous and the views were beyond beautiful! From cornfield fed sunsets to walks through their forest of walnut trees, We have 2 dogs with and they had so much room to play and roam. Jessica and Tim's pup Maggie (very friendly) made sure to welcome us also. Just all around good people. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back. Thanks Jessica and Tim!

Tim & Jessica (and their cats) are very kind and gracious hosts. Lovely property surrounded by farm fields. Stars and lightening bugs make the campfire magical. The only drawback is, like any open field in Minnesota, you can lose a unit of blood to the mosquitos if not prepared with copious amounts of bug repellent.

Jessica’s land was great! It was spacious to walk the dog & had electric & water hookup. There was a fire pit & disc golf & corn hole available for purchase. We just needed it for 1 night driving home. I would highly recommend staying on Jessica’s land & would stay here again!

I stayed at the campground for five nights. It was very pleasant and quiet in the evenings. All electrical boxes are New and all the water lines are new. There is plenty of room around the campsites to walk around.

My kiddo and I enjoyed a weekend out at the Ryan Farm, complete with some disc golf and stargazing. Jessica and her family greeted us and let us know they were available for any questions, and they were very gracious with my outgoing child. The campsite was spacious and we had no issues with it. Thanks again!
