We stayed at this site for two nights and were more than pleased with the seclusion, tranquility, and convenience it offered. Along with the gazebo itself, the larger site is outfitted with several tables, chairs, and a charcoal grill that made our stay as comfortable as possible. This site is great for whether you want to stay at the campsite and explore the nearby trails or drive into town! The host is a great communicator and answered my questions promptly. We’re already planning our next trip back!

A really beautiful spot, and, mostly importantly, was totally secluded and private. Seems like additional sites are being built so maybe this will change slightly at some point.

The Valley View
We really enjoyed this camp site. The view is amazing! There is plenty of shade between the surrounding trees and the gazebo. We will definitely keep this spot in mind next time we are in the area
This is an incredible spot! It is off the beaten path and you know it when you get there. There are a couple extra camping spots for like-minded campers, but the privacy is fantastic. You can hike on the property and walk the roads leading up to the property. The entire area is full of things to do. So when you tire of taking in the views (which are absolutely gorgeous . . . autumn colors must be stunning) you will not be bored with the lakes, wineries, parks and towns that surround you! Plus, you have water and 30 amp electric. I was only supposed to be here one night, but ended up staying three due to some unforeseen mechanical issues. What a place to be "stuck” for a few extra days. :-) To make it even better, the owner (Joseph) was great to deal with in every aspect. One word that would describe this place: awesome! I can’t imagine anyone would regret camping here. It’s one of the best I’ve been to so far.
We recently stayed at this private campsite and was blown away by the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Down a low traveled dirt road away in a peaceful, wooded area, this spot gave us all the quiet and privacy we wanted. We were still only about minutes from major tourist towns, restaurants, beaches and stores in Charlevoix and Boyne Mountain. This property also sits right in the middle of nature reserves with plenty of hiking and trails. The host was very attentive and respectful of our privacy. We’ll definitely be back, this place is a hidden gem for anyone who appreciates nature with a touch of comfort and style.
