A spot to set up your camper in town, with water, sewer 50amp and 110v power. On a small property along with other rentable spaces on Airbnb for lodging or entertainment.A secluded spot in town with few neighbors close to 10th street.

Please keep your vehicles between the shed and the garage. So you are not blocking access to either of them.
Allowed rigs: travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, pop-up campers, class A RVs, class B RVs, class C RVs, campervans, and truck campers

I am thinking you would want to back in because the water access is in the back.
