Perfect for a romantic getaway or solo retreat, this hideaway offers the ideal space to relax, recharge, and immerse in nature. A sense of self-reliance is essential. • There are other Airbnbs on the property, but the closest one is at least 400 feet away, out of sight. • Located about 20 minutes from High Falls State Park, enjoy hiking, kayaking, and breathtaking waterfalls nearby. FAQ Highlights • Phone Service: Coverage varies; AT&T and T-Mobile are best. • Checkout: 10:00 AM, with a $20 option to extend checkout until 12:00 PM. • It is very common to hear gunshots since we're in the country! No need to fear, you are nowhere near the property lines and are safe. • We provide 20 pieces of firewood for your use. If you'd like more, you can purchase more for $1/piece. • Pets are welcome for $30 (one-time fee). • Due to the nature of the stay, there may be bugs, leaves, dust, pollen, etc. in the home or soaking tub. We clean it the absolute best we can; however, nature can be a little aggressive sometimes. If something doesn’t look right, reach out to us and we will do everything we can to make it better!

Simple, peaceful off-grid experienc

Had a wonderful time. The a-frame is simple, but just enough. The battery bank, lights, compost toilet, and water connection were just enough to avoid roughing it. The glass roof was AWESOME
