Enjoy eight stunning acres situated in a charming citrus town. You'll be enchanted by the sprawling Southern Live Oaks adorned with Spanish moss that sway gently in the breeze, the chorus of crickets and frogs, and the magnificent sunrises and sunsets. The pond is teeming with fish and we're currently in the process of tidying up the beach to create a perfect spot for swimming. The property is only one mile away from the Tiger Creek Preserve: A thriving hub of wildlife with beautiful natural areas with hiking trails, birdwatching opportunities, and scenic views. Lake Rosalie, a large lake located about 8 miles southwest of the property, is known for its fishing and boating and also worth a visit. All guests are required to be self-sufficient with their own camp toilet and are responsible for carrying out all waste when they depart.

We do not have power at the moment as our home burnt down May of last year. We are currently in a 40’ diesel pusher and have a Kubota pull behind generator that powers the well, charges our mobile maintenance company truck, lights etc. We have boondocking with a boost basically having additional generator power, fresh well water and septic dump. We have equipment and gooseneck trailers that come in and out of the winding driveway that is asphalt millings back into the oak hammock where you will be able to park and or pass through to the pond side. I have no problem with you setting up wherever you would like upon arrival and walking about or I can arrange a site by your interests. Hope this is helpful. Look forward to hearing from you. Makayla Near Tiger Creek Preserve State Park Named after the pure blackwater stream that runs through its center, this preserve boasts a diverse range of habitats, including hardwood swamps, hammocks, scrubby flatwoods, pine flatwoods, sandhill, and longleaf pine/wiregrass habitats. It's a land that must be burned to thrive, and some animals even swim through the ancient white sands. With an interconnecting network of loop trails, Crooked Lake Prairie offers a refreshing adventure through the habitats found on the high hills of Lake Wales Ridge.

Please note that this is not a guided hunt and you will be responsible for your own hunting activities.
