Our 10-Acre Horse Farm is only 20 minutes from the illustrious World Equestrian Center in Ocala, and a short distance to both Ocala and Gainesville. This is a horse farm being developed by two horse-loving people, and two playful golden retrievers, with two paddocks, a 4-stall barn, a pleasant wooded 5 Acres for trail riding or tent camping. There is a concrete pad, water, and a RV hookup, but no black/grey water drain setup as of yet.

Our peaceful little 10 acre horse farm has come a long way in the past 6 months since establishing our little homestead. For us, being close to the World Equestrian Center was a must, and with only a short 20 minute drive to WEC, we are lucky to be surrounded by a horse loving community. The farm has 2 paddocks, a 4-stall barn, our home, water and RV hookup, and 5 Acres of peaceful wooded land for trail riding or camping. No bells and whistles, but for someone looking for a peaceful place to pitch a tent, park an RV, or just appreciate some horses, we'd love to share our little sanctuary.

A concrete pad, water, and RV power hookup is located between our home and our 5-stall barn. Wild turkeys and deer can be seen at different times of day around the property, and the horses would always appreciate a few cookies and scritches while your are out and about. Sit back and listen to the chickens doing chicken things or just enjoy nature. We'd be happy to share our little sanctuary with you!

Shawn and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts, and the property exceeded all our expectations. Meeting the horses and spending time with the chickens were just a few of the charming highlights that made our stay so special. The surrounding area had a great atmosphere, and we highly recommend stopping by Sad Donkey Coffee if you venture into town. Thank you for sharing your beautiful piece of serenity with us — we can’t wait to visit again!

Peaceful, fun, relaxing! Shawn and Pandora are a couple of the nicest and most welcoming people you could ever hope to meet. Their golden retrievers, Tug and Theo, are so much fun, big teddy bears. The chickens and horses were great to pet and play with. If you are looking for a great place to camp, you should spend some time there!!!

Where to begin! This was such a LOVELY, beautiful and comfortable site to stay at. The best part were definitely the HOSTS! SO kind and welcoming and hospitable. Lots of easy to access and comfortable options to park. Nothing I love more than waking up to horses! I can't wait to return <3 THE perfect spot!
