Enjoy an adorable, and adventurous, European-designed TINY house. Located in a tranquil resort community, this light and bright home provides beautiful mountain views and incredible sunlight through and through. Enjoy your view of the Milky Way Galaxy far away from the city lights!

Conveniently located, this base camp offers big surprises in a small package! Your mountain experience features:
-20 minute walk to historic downtown Fairplay’s restaurants & shops alongside famous Fairplay Beach.
-Nearby world class trout fishing.
-Abundant lakes, reservoirs, scenic hikes & bike trails within close proximity.
-Community clubhouse to include access to pool table, putting green and coin-operated washer/dryer units.
-30 minute drive to Breckenridge & 40 minutes to Buena Vista.
-20 minute walk to craft brewery, winery and Fairplay’s historic downtown distillery.
-Amazing enclosed outdoor area for your furry family members.
-Vintage, but modern, electric wood stove.
-Outdoor seating area on the property among the aspens. Shared community grill available at the clubhouse (a very short walk).
-Clubhouse area includes a small dog park.
-King bed in master loft, twin bed in smaller loft. Not up for climbing down a ladder for middle of the night bathroom visits? Conveniently, this home features a space-saving IKEA sofa that coverts to a queen size bed. Bedding stored with the bed (see pics).

-Did we say windows? Abundant windows makes for a beautiful space. Windows have high-end blinds for privacy & room dimming.
-The average summertime high temp is in the low 70s. So, no need for an AC (the benefit of being nearly 2 miles high).
